I told them I wanted to get my car fixed (body work) showed them all the dents and told them it will be a new color inside and outside with a lot of flakes (sparkles). Given a quote of 2k and I had to buy my own parts. No problem, they said 1 week and one week turned into 2 weeks and a day or so.. no issue I said take your time as long as it’s right. He agreed to do the front and back bumper fix the dents and replace the tail light. Well today I picked up the car to nothing being remotely done correctly! I’m crying and they are saying you still need to pay and if you wanted everything done than I need to charge you more! If you wanted more than no problem if it’s done right! But today.. my blood is boiling and I’ma have to find another shop to redo everything they have done! And yes the tail light is not put in properly so it’s hanging out!Services: Painting

I randomly went on line and chose this auto shop. I was immediacy greeted and my problem was accessed. I was given a guarantee that it would be fixed in three days, as well as replace the wheel guide and scratch. The repair man even offered to go and purchase the wheel guide . I chose to purchase the wheel guide and returned it to the shop. In two days my Nissan Kicks 2022 was repaired . Dent gone. Wheel guide replaced sand the scratch removed / painted over. The invoice was prepared as agreed upon. My vehicle looked brand new. Excellent work, professional and all done in a courteous and timely manner. My vehicle was even shined up. Mr Cruz was very friendly & made it very simple for me to drop my vehicle off within 24hrs. Gave 4 stars, only because my vehicle wasn’t ready until two days later after it was to originally be completed.

It was the worst experience ever! My car was there from October until March. There are parts missing under the hood that weren’t before they received it. The paint job is THREE different colors. I will never use them again and neither will I refer anyone else use their services. With the name SUPERIOR, you’d think you’d receive that kind of result. NOT AT ALL!!!!Service: Painting

I've taken my Range Rover Velar to Superior Auto Body Shop twice and had great experiences both times. I don't trust everyone working on my SUV, and I've had multiple shops tell me they do not work on my type of SUV. The owner Cruz really pays attention to your needs and his team executes perfectly. Not to mention, he doesn't have your car in the shops for weeks at a time like most autobody shops. Great communication and great customer service. Definitely recommend!Service: Painting

When I arrived at superior auto I was greeted by the manager Mr.Cruz. He immediately listened to me and took my car in. Couple hours later he drove up and Presented my car keys to me. So this happened. I borrowed my daughters car and I messed it up. The front bumper was completely off. I googled body shops near me and Superior came up. As you can imagine, I was so afraid to tell my daughter about her care. Not because she would be mad but because of the disappointment in her face. So Mr. Cruz took a look at it and told me he could get it done next day but no later than day after that. His wife was so kind to give me a ride home. We talked and she seen how upset I was about the car. She reassured me that her husband takes his work very seriously. And let me tell you... IT SHOWS.
