Worst bank in the COBB area! They take forever with everything. There is no reason why it should take 45 minutes to make a deposit? Honestly everyone needs to be retrained, or new staff is needed ASAP. If I could give this branch 0 stars I WOULD!

We were excited to have our money in this bank and I couldn't use my card because the bank blocked it due to alleged fraud. Of course there was no ( fraud and I proved it to the bank Trust)and they still have my money and my account blocked. What do you suggest I do? ? I don't know what to do

Truist has been one issue after another. Marie, the branch manager, is probably the worst manager I’ve ever had to deal with in ANY industry. Marlins had the audacity to be singing about how life is great while so/called helping me only to do it all incorrectly. Who exactly is love beautiful for?? I had to take more time away from work to go back to the bank at Marline’s request only to need told she locked the document up and I have to return FOR A THIRD TIME!!! All I need to do is add a POA but you would think I was trying to withdraw every dollar the bank has. WORST BANK EVER!!!!!

The white Lady the one she sitting little office. Very rude and she telling you she will call you and never call you back and act like she don’t understood you what you said to her. Her face expression make you not to come no more.

The line is way too close to the teller window. Everyone knows your business . No privacy. Please move the line back so people can have privacy when dealing with money

I was in the bank today and I must say that that my experience was quite pleasant! Only a few minutes wait time. Truist employees were pleasant and professional. I especially appreciate the friendly contact and assistance extended by Marline, & Daniel @ teller windows. Marie, in customer service & banking department provide assistance in solving my problem. She was so patient. Thanks!

Go to your local Credit Union or Wells Fargo instead. As a previous comment said, this place is the equivalent of an understaffed DMV.At the least, drive to another branch.

How do you give 0 stars?! It took over 1.5 hours for someone to cash a check I wrote because according to the 1st woman (Shari) the signatures did not match. She did not call me & when someone, Jason, finally did the call didn't even last a full minute. He said there was an internal issue. Makes sense because the main Customer Service number had no idea what theyd be matching it to. After years of never having any issues with Truist, the way this was handled has me considering closing my accounts.

Jasmin that worked 3/14/23 is the worst bank teller ever!!!!!!! She literally intruded on a conversation negatively to then tell me she wasn’t going to help me until she got back from her break. The branch manager Marie saw what was going on and neglected to say anything which is poor leadership (even if she was helping another customer). This guy named “Jason” approached me as security and asked me to step outside in the middle of my withdrawal “after” I had just signed for my money. For some reason everyone seemed to be branch managers except Marie I’ll be reporting this to corporate as well. This office has to be the worst branch office for Truist so I decided to repot it; after seeing the star rating of 1 star it probably really is the worst branch. The 1 star rating is a perfect representation of this branch! The only person that was helpful and truly solution oriented was Sandra but Honestly I got everyone name from Jason who name-tag I saw however I don’t trust anything from Jason because when I asked to speak to the branch manager he said “no I would have to set an appointment to discuss the situation with her, in a lying tone of voice and why as a customer should I have to schedule an appointment to discuss customer service. Which is why I don’t trust Truist bank to handle my money either especially if I’m dealing with this branch the most. Take away this branch is literally THE WORST, Marie should be a teller and the teller jasmine should be the branch manager since she can say and do whatever she wants; no customer service!

I bank with Truist. Love Truist. Except this branch. It was 4pm when I came to open an additional account. They refused to open the account because they don't open new accounts after 4:30. But it was 4pm.I'll just have to keep driving out of my way to another branch that actually wants my business.

Honestly worse bank branch ever went in today for some business related questions and walked in no one greeted me the bank teller by the door kept rolling her eyes at me and the one that helped me as well gave no efforts and had such a nasty attitude while i was trying to get help stay away from this branch rude.
