poor customer service ; in response that is not a valid excuse to have a attitude, give poor body language, roll your eyes and be upset because you had to drive back to the storage center to assist customers when i was there at hours of operation but anyways stay blessed.

The reason for 2 stars is it’s a convenient location for U-Haul, However the Customer Service is below average. Very disappointing.

There’s no communication. I moved into my unit in august and was supposed to have like 2 months free. I will admit I forgot my bill due date (which wasn’t until November 1st). Like most businesses that’ll send out a reminder text or email to remind you of any upcoming payments. I NEVER received any reminders. The front desk lady waited until after the late date to reach out and contact me on the 7th of November. I tried to pay online, their website under overview Isn’t their website???? I was literally told “I don’t know where you money would go” SO WHY NOT UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE????????? so I’m finally able to make it up here, there’s a lock on my unit which is understandable, but the fact no one communicated that especially after at least 10 emails back and forth is unprofessional. Not to mention, I could’ve just cut the lock off lol, so it wasn’t stopping anything. The customer service is bare minimum and I wouldn’t recommend. Clearly they hire anyone.

The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. I had a unit here and had came on hard times, they worked with me regarding my payments so I would not lose my belongings. It feels like family most businesses are only worried about the money but here they make you feel like they really care.

Didn't confirm my reservation. Then when I went to pay and move in, they were closed!! (I went during the middle of the day on a Thursday) I needed the storage for personal and business reasons but couldn't meet my deadline and was a complete waste of my time. Would not recommend based purely off of customer service alone, didn't have a chance to even start services.
