Don't bother shopping here. The customer service is BEYOND awful. We weren't greeted when we walked in, advised the gentleman that I needed 10 gallons of paint and he looked at me like I was from Mars. No one came over to see if we needed help. Refused to call another store to see if they had what I was looking for. I ended up leaving and buying paint somewhere else. For how much you expect me to pay for your product I would expect a good experience. The name isn't enough.

According to Kalik, I have to make eye contact with him to be greeted. While waiting in line, he says “I’m just waiting on you to make eye contact with me..” Literally his words. No hello whatsoever. And then refused to color match something for me that he said had to be in an emerald. I had the color match from a wall and he still refused to just do his job. I had to go back to the original Sherwin-Williams to get it sorted out. Common sense goes a long way, careful who you hire.

I and by the time I'm done our community will never go to this store again!!..I will only recommend the sherwin Williams on dallas highway...I went to this store today looking for a curtin paint..the guy said we no longer carry that brand..he called other stores to see if they had some...one in Marietta had 10 cans of it..I asked if he could have them sent to this store ..he said absolutely not...I then asked if he could stir the can of paint I brought as it was muddy inside...he did them hammard the top back on and crushed the can ..and handed it back to me...I then went to store on dallas highway...not only did they call Marietta store to have the cans transferred to there store but also gave me a new can for the one the other store crushed.. now that's good customer service...sad when staff is so lazy and have no customer service...

Helpful staff! Held my product for me when another store called and asked to locate it. Took my order and I was out of the store under 5 minutes. Packed my paint in a box and even carried it to my car! Thanks, Aldebaran!!!

Wow - the representative on duty today (Store Manager?) did not know SW has a visualization app and could not show us how it works. Exterior color brochures were mostly still in plastic wrapping, so I removed the covers to take one and placed them in their slots - and I said “you’re welcome”. (No response.). When asked about a specific color, was told it was custom ($125 per gallon!) and that it could not be duplicated. The only samples are quart size $8 containers! What can I say? Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot!!!
