Real bad experience in this store located in austell and East West connector with the cashier #2 a white woman Whit real bad behavior I have to stop my purchases and walking away because I think that is not the best way to take care the customers... I hope I don't see her again.

Today 7/21/2024 at 3:00 pm the cashier at number 3 gave me bad service because i didn’t do her job of removing the hangers from the clothes that I was about to purchase this is not my job i doing enough already spending my money at this location next time i will go different location or store to buy clothes bad customer service

Today I returned 6 items to Ross and the cashier scanned out 5 items. I went back to complain and the manager went to check on the camera, she came back with a video of the day I purchased my items and said hey we put it in your bag, I said no I returned it today and gave her the returned receipt, she went back in then came back and said I returned 5 items. I stood my ground and asked for the video evidence but she suddenly said she can’t show me that video because you can’t copy that out. I kept on telling her to look again because I knew what I was talking about she suddenly got rude and kept saying I don’t want to be Rude * so crazy* I was so irritated at this point because this people are thieves. Luckily for me the returned items were all still hanging on a rack behind the counter and I found it there then she said oh that’s the shirt I guess the cashier must have rung it up as another item, hello that’s not the case here. She fake-scanned the item without actually scanning it. They ended up returning it and I got no apologies. Manager’s name is Becky and she was not helpful at all. I will advise that you all double check your receipt when purchasing and also when returning because they could be running a scam here. Bunch of incompetent people, to think she actually said I was served by one of their best cashiers. I and my family will not be shopping at this crazy location again.

WORSE STORE EXPERIENCE EVER!
Visited this store today 5/16/24 to make a return. Met with this Hispanic woman who was very rude to me. She said "I'm not accepting that". She won't accept item I'm returning because it's used. She was making all kinds of claims. I asked to speak with the manager and she claims to be the manager. Whoever made her manager should take a second guess, bcos she isn't qualified enough. Someone who's rude to a customer bcos she's returning an item, and messes up her day isn't fit to be a manager. And oh just as she noticed I'm African, and could disrespect me, I didn't disrespect her but she'll meet her match. For her information, Same items were accepted at another Ross store.
