They don’t accept goodrx even if they are listed online as they do. When my new pharmacy wanted the prescription transferred, whomever answered told them it was picked up, which wasn’t true. Had to wait multiple days going in circles, trying to get my prescription transferred….. Waste of time & gas.

Great! Had the medication I needed & the in-person customer service was great. They also always answered the phone and I was never put on hold like I am with other pharmacies.

don't even waste your time coming here or let alone calling them , i recently called about a PRESCRIPTION to see if they had it in stock because everywhere else had a shortage on this medicine and what ever girl answered the phone was very rude and told me i "had to come up there if i wanted to know anything" on such medicine. So from my person experience they are very inconsiderate on your personal time and not a very reliable pharmacy. Customer service 1/5 if you want better reviews be more considerate towards your customers".

Horrible!! First, I walk in and the place stunk of whatever he was eating and he didn't even stop to greet me. I approached the window that says, "drop off " and he beckons for me to come down to the consultation window. Still eating, he asks with a mouth full what I needed? I showed him my prescription and asked if he carried that medicine. He looks at me and asks, have you been here before? No, I responded.Well, I cannot fill this without my managers approval..what?? Why?Because you have never been here and it's a large quantity.I don't see a sign stating I need prior authorization from management. Aren't you the pharmacist?He goes on giving me the third degree...What's your ailment... disgusted, I still responded, sickle cell disease.What doctor wrote this? My hematologist.I showed him it came from a legitimate hospital and not a pain clinic.He looks at me up and down.Why did they write this, what kind of issues do you have?He wrote it because he is a professional doctor who felt I benefitted from this amount and for the last several years it has suited me fine.Are you accusing me of abusing drugs? It seems as though you have had a bias against me since I walked in the door.No, no, no, it is not that.Then, what is it? I just need permission.Then why are you a pharmacy. Do you have it?Yes? But you have to come back Monday.So you have it and won't fill it? Cant you call your manager.No! What other medicines do you take?Why do you need to know this, it's none of your business and has nothing to do with the reason I am here right now!Why'd you come here if you get it all the time? Flabbergasted at his accusation, I only came because I was referred here since my pharmacy is out and said the manufacturer had them back logged and hadn't fullfilled any orders in the area from Decatur to Marietta.You have to come Monday!So when I come back you won't have any?This has got to be illegal for you to not accept my prescription purely based on bias or prejudice. I am here with a legitimate prescription with all my insurance and you have the meds, and are withholding them from the patient.DO NOT GO HERE!!! THERE IS SOMETHING SHADY ABOUT THEIR PRACTICES! I will be pursuing this matter further!UN-RELIABLE PHARMACY!

Rude as hell, refused to fill my prescription for my girlfriend who just had our baby because he was addressed about being disrespectful to my mother and refused to fill her prescription as well. Does not know how to talk to customers.

I needed my prescription filled quickly before going home. And the gentleman there (didn't catch his name) was extremely kind, courteous, and fast! He had my prescriptions in less than 10 mins! So if you read this, and I hope you do, sir, thank you!
