I called this branch today per the direction of REGIONS ONLINE CUSTOMER to assist me with an issue I've been having. To my suprise the phone was answered with a "Who Is This?" my jaw literally dropped, I had to look at my phone to be sure I had dialed the correct number. I asked the persons name he responded BLAIR HOLIDAY, I asked for the branch manager and he basically told me her door was closed and he didn't know her personal extension. I then requested to be assisted by someone else multiple times because his tone and attitude. I was given a number to speak with a different representative at a different location of whom was very helpful and more than willing to assist me. After hanging up with her Diana Keller whom is AMAZING at what she does! I did still need assistance and what I needed, from my understanding needed to be from the original branch I established my relationship with. So I had to call the original branch again and to my surprise I had to call 4 to 5 times before I got an answer. Blair answered again and I again asked to speak with the branch manager, well again he told me her door was still closed. this is baffling to me because how has the branch manager been unavailable for hoursssss now in a financial establishment? Never the less I asked to speak to someone else I believe it was Sharon, she was able to pull up my account but did not provide me with what I needed, she put me on hold, To my surprise 20-25 min later now 5 min before the branch Is closing Stephanie picks up the phone.. Stephanie basically refused to assist me and didn't even bother to ask my name to ask my issue nothing. She told me I would need to come into the physical branch even after I stated I no longer resided in that state or a state with the bank period she was very un willing to assist and this was a decision made under 'DISCRETION" NOT POLICY. I spoke with Diana again directly afterward and she was able to get me what I needed in less than 5 min. This branch needs new employees, ones who can represent the financial brand the way that Mrs Diana Keller does, with exceptional customer service and the small efforts required to assist customers even after they no longer have relationships with this Bank. Mrs Diana Keller would make me want to re establish a relationship with Regions Bank, while the Austell location, Branch manager Stephanie and Teller Blair Holiday are both very poor examples of brand representation from leadership to floor personal and are a stern reminder as to why I would not or reccommend that anyone establish a relationship with this bank.Before visiting this location or patronizing this bank think twice about it and read the other reviews supporting my opinion.

I recently went in to this bank to get some change for my job and I was wearing my hat that’s apart of my uniform the security guard ask me to take it off I didn’t say anything it’s not a big problem my problem is when the next person walked in a white male with a hat on the security guard doesn’t say anything I for one felt discriminated and prejudiced by this security guard I’m a young Hispanic male so is this the type of people region hire ? That someone feels discriminated as soon as they walk in the store even in uniformed worst experience in a bank

Been sitting here in the waiting area. And there is one person helping and two in the window. I feel like there should be someone else on the floor helping. I shouldnt have to sit for 30 mins in a bank. Im a little upset and now Im late for work

Went into this location today because it was the closest branch by me was waiting for help meanwhile Janice Johnson offers everyone else help but myself she started to walk away without helping me out so I speak up and tell her I need help and she rudely responded back was never properly greeted the whole time I was trying to get a notorization from he she was very rude.. Had to come back and deal with Jamal he was very helpful and very nice. Something needs to be done about Ms.Johnson felt some discrimination from her.

I left regions bank unhappy due to the vicious overdraft cycle. Unlike PNC or 5/3 You cannot select if you want overdraft protection or not. They decide.

Out of all the locations I've been to today's service was the worst. I am a disabled veteran and have 2 accounts at Regions. Everytime I need a money order I go thru the drivethru to pay my fathers rent. The lady at the drivethru who didn't give me her name but she had a mass amount of freckles on her face said I had to come in. I let her know I'm not able and I've never had to come in before. She said here you do, we don't give money orders in the drive thru. I let her know I've gotten them before at the other branch she told me to go there and have a nice day. Then turned the speaker off. I tried to call the location to speak with a manager and I believe she answered the phone. I could hear money going thru the machine and then someone saying my name and asking someone else if they knew who that was. No one ever came to the phone and they left me on hold for over 6 min. I'll be making a formal complaint with Regions Corp office about the unprofessionalism and the blatant disrespect for the disabled.

Always SLOW, unprofessional and inadequate. I sat in the driv thru line for over 10 minutes only to have the blinds pulled down in my face when I finally reached the window. I hate the day I started banking here. They are worst than every other bank I bank with.
