I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service at this auto body shop! They were incredibly attentive to my needs and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently and the quality of work was top-notch. I highly recommend them for their fast service and attention to detail!

Did an excellent job repairing damage I did to my passenger side of my BMW, and their price beat every other estimate I received. Staff is very friendly and personable. I will definitely be using them for all of my body work going forward if ever necessary again.

I got into a really bad accident and I can't say enough about Putnam and Renee is kind, informative, personable and attentive. I know my car looks as good as the first day I got it and Toyota raved over my car being repaired so well. I really wish I could give 10 stars

Mrs,Renee Cason was great. And the lady help too. They both help me out a lot. I was in a car accident. The person who hit me they had some crazy insurance. I went two different body shop.they wouldn'ttake the insurance. I call Putnam's Body Shop. Renee answer the phone. I told her what was what she said what's the name of the insurance. I told her, she say I call them in see could we get your car fix. She said you won't come in . We will schedule you appointment. I will work with you. She took care of me. From day one. Good Customer Service. They did a good job on my car. I will recommend people. If I need them in the near future. I will return to Putnam's Body Shop. Thank Y'all So Much........
