I absolutely love coming to this incredible full service establishment where I can have my oil changed, all my levels topped off and thoroughly inspected to keep my car running in tip top shape. They are consistently thorough in inspecting your car and your oil change comes with a tip top car wash detail. The employees are kind and gracious. Tommy always exceeds my expectations when he changes my oil and makes sure I understand the process and gives great instructions on how to keep my vehicle running smoothly. He extends the highest level of customer satisfaction and is an asset to One Stop. Kudos on employing stellar employees who take pride in their work and customers.

I got a seat cleaning service done for 40. After the first visit, I was upset because there were still stains in my car seats. But when I came back they fixed it for free. They use a spinning brush and water to clean the seats not an upholstery machine fyi.

Pulled up to get a car wash and the guy was on his phone. He came to my window but never said anything to me or approached my car. He just kept having his conversation. I backed up and left. Horrible service. The car wash looks dated anyway. Go a mile up the road to the new car wash across from Wal-Mart, it's worth it.

I'm giving 1 star for good customer service. However my 12 yr old grandson could've done a better job. Interior was half vacuumed and not wiped down at all. This is my 3rd time going here in the past year. I've never been completely satisfied but their fast & convenient. I'm done

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. It's always been my go to spot since it is the closest car wash to my home. I've lived in the community for 25 years and through the numerous owners, it was always extremely convenient. When I purchased custom wheels and tires for my car, I could no longer use the automatic car wash in fear of ruining my wheels. I then went to the manager and asked if they offered hand washes. He agreed to honor the recurring price I set up for unlimited washes and offered hand washes. There were several hiccups with this agreement. At times I would show up and they claimed they did not have anyone to provide the hand wash service. Since I was paying a monthly charge, I would come back when they suggested that someone would be there to hand wash my car. This went on for well over a year. That recurring charge was continually coming out of my account as I was getting less frequent car washes. Finally after the recurring charge hit my account on 3/25/24 I took my car to get the hand wash on 4/7/24 and the attendant told me they are under new management and they could no longer honor hand washes in my plan. She told me I'd have to pay $45 for a hand wash. She didn't suggest paying the difference of what I've already paid for the monthly fee, she just suggested cancelling my monthly charge which I agreed to and left with an unwashed car. Then she proceeded to send me a confirmation with the incorrect monthly charge stating that my plan has been cancelled. When I asked why the amount isn't correct, her answer was "I don't know."
Bottom line. Don't set up a monthly plan with these people. They don't honor the plan and don't attempt to make things right. I found a mobile car detailer that was more than happy to be competitive and charge the same as I was paying them. I'm disputing my last recurring payment with my bank. No reason to honor an agreement on my side if they can't provide the service they promised.

I went yesterday to get my car wash. The drive through wash was broken. Instead of giving a discount for my inconvenience there was an up charge. This took longer of course when my car was done the drive thru wash was fixed. I asked for the managers name the girl said she didn’t know who the manager was. I asked who the owner was she said some Korean guy. She acted like she didn’t want to be there.
