The fact that they lie and say IPhone 11 for $49.99 when you switch carriers but then tell you, you have to get the bundle with that mandatory for $350 after taxes!!! SCAM!!!!!!

The attendant at THIS Store was extremely rude. She had no ethics at all and lies in order to get her way. I came in asking to buy a sim card she lied to me telling me that they don't sell sim cards and told me to go to T-Mobile just because she couldn't make a commission from me. I went there not knowing she was lying and the people there told me I needed to by a metro sim card and they told me she lied to me. I went back and confronted her she came up with a story about why she lied to me and when I to her that was false, she proceeded to YELL at me, a 20 years long customer.

when i thought i lost everything Mr Eddie helped me recover my g mail , along with my contacts ,pics, and all my video as well, he ia a 100 in my book , gave him a $100 tip he refused till i convinced him that he earned it! outstanding job!! thanks Eddie , ill be coming back soon to get that speaker weve been talking about!

I really like this store! It's so clean and neat. And the service is amazing. I recently purchased a phone with Veronica's help. My old phone cracked horribly but with her help I bought a new one and she set it up for me. Not a lot of representatives take the time to help but she always does. She's amazing! someone needs to get her!!! i was Eligible for an upgrade, she told me i can add a line to get the phone cheaper and cancelled the line after one month and put my original number on the new phone! one month later i cancelled the line , and now she's telling me i cant put my same number on it! why did she lie?
