The Associate was very attentive, friendly and provided me with all the information . I didn’t really have to ask questions because she informed me with everything. This is a very secure place to store your belongings and they have many sizes to chose from . Glad I came here! Plus not to mention the amazing prices!!!!!

Horrible experience. Came to purchase a storage unit on June 4th, no one was here to assist me, so I did it online. I received my code and returned to the store the next morning, and although the hours say 10AM-6PM . Between June 4th and 5th no one was available at this location to help. There’s a number that’s posted that says call for immediate service, but no one actually helps you. It is currently 10:46 AM on June 5th as I’m typing this. I have a truck full of boxes, a gate code and no way to put my things in. Terrible terrible terrible location and business. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely horrible experience. The cylinder lock they made me purchase. Stopped working. Had to spend the last 7 days trying to get someone out. To help me get access to my unit. And I keep getting the runaround from their management and staff. It's costing me a lot of money because I'm currently renting a room and unable to move into my new house because all my furniture is in my unit.
I would not recommend anyone.
If I could rate less than one star I would.

Big thank you goes out to Dawn she is awesome and does a wonderful job. We have been to a lot of storage units for multiple reasons and Dawn gets the job done and does it with a smile. If I could leave 10 stars I would, she is that good.. See ya some Dawn..

For me its in a perfect location with camera's everywhere which makes me feel safe when leaving my vehicle unattended. When I say Ms.Dawn Anderson is the best property manager ever, she is the bomb.... She always addresses any and all concerns....
