I went in to this Mattress Firm store not sure of what I wanted in an adjustable mattress and bed. My daughter and I were immediately made to fill at ease upon meeting Albert. He is a very person oriented salesman and very knowledgeable about each mattress we inquired about. He explained the workings of each mattress in detail and encouraged me to try them out which I did. I am very pleased with the one I chose and the quality of the mattress. More than that, I am very grateful for the quality and expertise and kindness that Albert showed to me.

Genuine personality, tried to sell us a mattress (that’s his job) but we were interested only in a mattress topper. Oh my goodness I’m so happy with our topper from Mattress Firm. Had back surgery 4 years ago & our mattress threw me out (firm didn’t get it for me any longer). Your mattress topper gave me back my bed, your sales rep gave me back my bed and when we do need a new mattress we will definitely return to “Mattress Firm” in Austell.
