My husband and I stopped by to return an Amazon purchase, and we were honestly surprised at how friendly and welcoming the employees were. The woman working the Amazon returns was very pleasant and complementary, and she greeted us as we walked in and invited us to come on over since the Amazon counter is now in the front. Three other employees greeted us as we walked through the store and asked if we needed anything. Then the woman at checkout was very polite and helped me with a coupon. Honestly, we're so used to employees in other stores who seem exhausted and don't want to be there that this was a shock in a very positive way. I've worked in customer service for many years and I just really appreciate how pleasant and kind everyone was during our visit. Thank you!

This location is the BEST! When you walk in your are greeted by the Sales Associate which is always nice. It's nice to be acknowledged. Not only that the story is very clean and organized. Not to mention they have SEPHORA I was unbelievably happy. I hadn't been in the area since 2019 and back then they didn't have Sephora. So when I saw the sign passing by I had the biggest smile on my face because I was so excited! I went to Sephora and they had everything that I was looking for. Not to mention the Sales Associate who is a Beautiful young brown skin woman helped match me (bare minerals) and she helped me find the make up brush daily cleaner I had run out of! I definitely will come back!

I love my Kohl's store and the entire Kohl's experience. I know all the cashiers are nice, but hope you get Consuela at the Austell store. She is so nice and friendly and helpful!! Thanks Kohl's! ?

SEPHORA: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I just went there to buy a perfume in Sephora, the lady wasn’t doing literally anything, she wasn’t helping customers, I asked: hi there , how to get this one?” She just saw me in a bad way, told me to give it to her and then told me to put it back. I completely understand that if she were busy but as I said she was just standing by the desk doing nothing… This is my first time going there and my last one ☹️ no one deserves that kind of service.

I visited Sephora at Kohl's Austellfor the first time today. I foundexcellent customer service. I wasgreeted as soon as I entered the Sephora area. The associateoffered to help me right away.I was very impressed. Not all stores have this service.

I placed an order Jan4 with Kohls online. 2 of the three items I ordered came in on Jan 10. The third item was scheduled for delivery Jan16.,Today is Jan 18 and my item has not been delivered. When I go to track the item USPS cannot tell me where my item is located nor when it will be delivered. In other words the item is lost. I called Kohls.com Customer Service and the rep I spoke with informed me she could not ship me another item until after six days or Jan 22. Keep in mind I ordered the itennHab 4 that's 18 days from the original order. They definitely are not Amazon.com. Please keep this in mind before placing an order with Kohls.com Brian S Deiters
