Was looking for a Charlie 1 Horse hat but one I wanted was out of stock everywhere. Found one on Jeb's website but when I tried to order it didn't go through. Called the store and spoke to Mary. She physically checked to see if that was there then called owner to fix glitch on website. Mary called me back in 15 minutes to say it was fixed. I ordered, hat was shipped same day and received 2 days later. Thank you Jeb's for an awesome customer service!

My dad went here to get fitted for my wedding… He is not the kind of guy to ever get fitted or be apart of any of these kind of things. He and my mom came back so happy and had the best experience and thoroughly enjoyed it! They made him feel so comfortable and joked with him! We are just so thankful for such a great time here! He got so many compliments! Highly recommend!

Love this place! I've always had such a good experience while visiting the store and greeted by Ms. Pat. She is always so kind and helpful to my needs. Not to mention this store has some pretty stylish things. Good finds here for sure!
