“Would had gave it a 5 but only wrong thing. It was a dirty underwear under the mattress and I felt horrible cuz danm. It's a nice spot with nice employees and quiet but gosh couldn't ya check under bed, mattress etc etc. Would deff go back and recommend fam y friends but please keep up with the room hygiene. ”
“I am a handicap person on a walker with various medical conditions. Handicap room was not ready when we arrived, they had to scramble to ready a NON-SMOKING Handicap room. The smell of smoke in the hallway was unbearable! The smoke smell in the non-smoking room was unbearable! I immediately contacted the front desk for a refund and check out. I was told that Priceline would have to refund. My son found my traveling companion and I a much more amenable hotel close by, To make a long story short, I did finally receive at least half of a refund on October 21, 2022, DO NOT waste your money!!!!!!!”
