I go here only to get my dreadlocks washed, and every employee I encounter is friendly, welcoming, and scrubs me hair perfectly refreshed. Much more pleased with the stylists here than Supercuts, where I've often been turned away or upcharged illegally. Thank you so much, ladies!

It's easy to check in , hardly no wait time, however the stylist doesn't listen to what you ask for. They basically do the least just to get you out the chair and get the next customer. I asked my stylist to cut and LAYER my hair. She literally just trimmed my hair, no layers, spent 10 mins in her chair and cost me 26$ for a trim!!!! ????

I’m not a picky person nor do I write reviews but this is bad. Worst haircut ever who in there right mind would think it’s ok to cut your hair line almost an inch shorter than it is this is ridiculous literally look 20 years older. Paid $19 and gave Ms.Kim a $10 tip I would never do this to someone hair my hair looked better before I got it cut and I had to let it grow 3 months sense the last time I got hacked at Great Clips.Well a year later and another horrible haircut gave Her 2nd chance this time nothing is even took way too much off the right side. The back is 1/2 inch crooked Totally unacceptable.I’ve been coming to this location for 6+ years and the last 18 months I haven’t walked out happy. Worst part is I can’t go somewhere else and have it fixed I will not be coming back again.

I've been coming to Great Clips for about 8 years. Nicky is the stylist whose been cutting my hair for the last 5 years. She's patient, kind and has great customer service.

Sheia gave me a great cut. Needed my too long hair revitalized. Very pleasant and created long layers that feel refreshed and healthier. Great experience!

I want to say her name is Martha if not Masha.Sorry but wasn’t fan of her service nor her attitude. If my hair is tangled please just add detangler, it’ll save us time and me pain. Also, because I went with bangs she said “um did you just think of that right now? I’m paying does it make a difference ??She also didn’t care to show me if I liked my trim. Typically they give you a mirror and ask what you think. I didn’t get that either.

I will definitely be coming back to see Kim! She did exactly what I asked for and I've never been more confident with my hair! It was super cost effective as well!! I waited for less than 10min with the online check in! Truly worth the visit!

I am very picky about who cuts my hair because of various factors prior to having Kim who I absolutely love. She’s very thorough. Professional and knowledgeable. I don’t even mind driving 45 minutes to the Austell location.I know I will always have a great haircut and customer service with Kim .Service: Haircut
