I had a great customer service experience yesterday with Chimere. I somehow lost my key to the lock on my storage unit and Chimere got me all taken care of in a very timely manner. She was able to remove my old lock quickly and did so with a smile. I've had nothing but good results with this location and Chimere's assistance since I have been renting a unit at this Extra Space Storage!
