“I brought my old, beat up, cracked phone into Batteries Plus today. I was really nervous because my screen would not turn on and I needed to get information from my phone. This was an old phone a Galaxy S8 Plus that I have had for many years, and it just decided to finally break. I could not get the screen to come on. The battery on the phone was still good because you could see the green light in the left corner. Therefore, I brought my phone in and the young lady named Sidney was the technician who worked on my phone. She worked wonders on my old phone. Remember I had a Galaxy S8 plus and Samsung is now on phone 24. She replaced the screen and now I have my phone back. Great customer service! Quick turnaround. It took about an hour to fix. Sydney was professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Thank you Sydney!!!”

They were open and honest with me about what was wrong with my TV and why it wasn't worth fixing and didn't use the opportunity to make a sale. Honestly, at first I was skeptical because I had already spent months going through several different repairmen to fix my laptop, and spent a few hundred dollars just to be told they don't know what is wrong and I need to pay more for further diagnostics. I called CompuCareATL one time and explained what was happening. They immediately knew, ordered the part, and fit me in as soon as it arrived. I have a pretty busy life and my computer is vital. I couldn't be more thankful.”
“Bought a battery from the Newnan location but within a year it had gone bad... it was still testing fine, but wasn't holding a charge for more than a day or two. Douglasville location tested the battery and offered to do a full cell battery test on it. They went ahead and ordered the replacement since they didn't have it in stock and I brought it back up a couple weeks later. Unfortunately after 6 hours (I left my car there) the battery still could not complete the test so they deemed it a bad battery and put the new battery in my car and I was on my way! Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Mr. Ignacio did an amazing job repairing the backlights (it had sound, but no picture) on my TV, and his pricing for the fix was very reasonable! He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”
“I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. For half of what it would cost me to ship it - they diagnosed the problem and for a fraction of what it would cost me to have the authorized service center repair it RER had it back to me in a week. Theater is back in business!”
