The Director is an idiot and incompetent. If I would of lost this contract. You would of quit the your profession when my lawyer got through with you. Everyone isn't a truck driver!

It’s tidy and clean. The staff was friendly. I did wait about 3 and a half hours because I believe I was forgotten initially. But staff humbly apologized and thank me for my patience. It was an honest mistake on their part and caused somewhat of an inconvenience.

I got there when they open 8amI was there for a physical for a new jobI signed in , I was number 3 on the sheetI noticed it was an older man also sitting at the front desk also ,watching something on his phone just relaxing ,I filled out some medical history forms gave them back still sitting in the waiting room, I tell you i did not get out the building it was after 1pmCome to find out the elderly man sitting at the front desk on his phone was the DOCTOR.

I will never come back to this Concentra it is slow and unorganized. I arrived at the facility at 8:30 and was not called back until 10:35 after going up to the desk several times. Then they don’t have a clue of what they are doing .

Alexandria and Shaniqua (I pray I spelled her name right-she's the office coordinator) were so friendly and such a GREAT help. They were fast and efficient in getting me checked in and back out. That was so very much appreciated.

3+ hour wait for a DOT renewal. Would not recommend this location. Friendly staff but my time is much too valuable to waste it there.
