Steve and Greg has great customer service! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! They really care about getting you what you are looking for when furniture shopping. Donna and Jessica were also very friendly and helpful on the retail side as well.

I frequently visit this location and I’m new to the area. Most of my visits have been great, with friendly service and greetings, once not so great. But my last visit to purchase furniture I was assisted by Steve who was thorough, professional and answered all of my questions. Big lots usually has great prices and promos.
Over all this is a great location and I’m happy with my recent purchase, just waiting on delivery.
