Not impressed by my nails or the service at all. When I came in to the shop I asked how much would it be for a full set and a polish change on my toes and takeoff of my previous full set of eight nails they told me $15 and I told him that I was not willing to pay that price and I was going to leave then they told me for the total it would be $72, 60 for the full set for long nails and $12 for the polish change. I agreed on that price sat down to get my nails done. They told me they didn’t have the polish that I requested in regular polish only gel and it would be an additional eight dollars so I agreed on $80 by time I got done getting my nails done two and a half hours later I noticed my nails were way shorter than I asked but I was ready to go so I didn’t complain then they told me that it was $95. I will continue to go to the original place that I normally go for my nails. I will not be return back here . Their work is just OK I do notice several mistakes on my nails, which include lumps and even polish, some nails shorter than the other some nails thicker than the other. Just an overall unsatisfied experience.

Please believe these reviews! I came here because other nail shops was packed(being Mother’s Day weekend)! I don’t ever write reviews. But I had too for this place. They charged me $55 for my hands when they said they was charging me $45, this isn’t even a $55 worthy job. They look like alien nails. Charged me $55 for my feet also when they said they would charge me $40. Not only that I came in there early I had to be out early to pick my kids up. In the middle of my full set they stopped working on me to start someone else. Like I wasn’t there first and don’t have things to do too. Never again!Services: Acrylic nails

Boy oh boy the worst service ever. I was like I'm going to try them big mistake!!!!! It took him 3 hours to do a pedicure. 3 Hour!!!!!!. Never again. Now I know why the whole time I was there noone came in. Avoid this place!!!!!!Services: Pedicure

definitely the worst place in 20 years that I have visited. The woman took more than 3 hours doing my nails and my daughter's horrible. Dirty job poorly done I don't know how it's still open with such bad reviews. the woman wanted to give me a pedicure by force .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND I give less than one ☆

Told me the French design I wanted wasn’t possible, it was YouTube. I showed a picture where I actually got what I asked for. I left overcharged, dissatisfied and intelligence insulted. My nails look awful. Dated techniques.

Stephanie is great but the gentleman John did my feet and 45 dollars for the gel pedicure. I was not happy. Worst pedicure ever.. I wanted to cry. And as a courtesy.. I tipped not for service but pity. I did get my brows done by Stephanie as I know low quality here to help support local businesses. 2nd time here. I won't be going back sadly. Very nice ppl but quality not for me unless I was a 60 ur old woman. I pay for quality not kindness. Pic does not show but I have pretty feet. But ppl choose another place.. you will feel guilt ridden

By far the worst pedicure experience I've ever had in my life. The first shop I went to took a customer that was getting 3 services over me so I decided to try somewhere else. Why did I stop here? "Helen" seemed as if she was straight out of school or something. No technique, very rough and she filed my baby-toe nail down so far I screamed "what are you doing, are you new at this"? She then told the manager my toenail was broken - and I know it wasn't. What I thought would be a relaxing moment almost turned into something else. Needless, to say...they'll never see me again.
