I came here to get the interior of my car detailed. while I was satisfied with the initial results, the next day my car was sticky all over and reeked of mildew. Despite me leaving windows down and my mats out, the interior of my car smelled horrible. When I contacted them to ask about how to get rid of the smell and stickiness I was met with a rude attitude. I was given no assistance with my car and getting it detailed ended up being more of a hassle than a help. If you want to get your car detailed from here, don’t expect any help if any problems arise that THEY caused.

Incredible experience with Johnny at ATL VIP Detail. I had the unfortunate experience of driving through paint on the highway (paint bucket rolling through 6 lane highway). The white paint splattered all over our black car. Johnny was able to get to our car the day after the incident. There was no paint remaining on the car and tires.We joked that it would have really been nice to turn the car upside down so it could be cleaned properly. Johnny did significant labor turning himself upside down (since of course we couldn’t really turn the car upside down) to scrub our car as much as he did and to get it looking new again.Johnny was respectful, reasonably priced, quick, and most importantly - did incredible work.

We got our two cars washed and waxed today. I had never booked anything like this before so I didn't know what to expect. They were able to finish within the hour and did a great job. I booked directly online and the pricing was transparent. They came on time and we pulled our cars to the driveway and went back to our house to work. They texted me when they were done and we went outside. They also asked us to double check and let them know if anything was missed. After they left, they emailed me the invoice to pay online, where I was also able to tip. Overall, it was a great experience, price was reasonable, and they were super nice and friendly. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

All I can say is "WOW"! Johnny and Rodney did an amazing job on me and my husband's cars. The kicker for me was how CLEAN my car was both inside and out , it looked as if I just walked out of the showroom. I purchased my car mats 6 yrs ago , they also looked brand new. Johnny is extremely professional and organized and did I mention he comes to you. So, if you need your car clean you don't even have to leave your home or office. Get your car cleaned while you work!Services: Full body wash

I had my grand Cherokee washed and waxed today and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommended, they do quick work, but very thorough. Will definitely use them as my go to mobile car cleaner.
