“My husband and I have lived at Magnolia Commons for 3 years now and enjoyed every minute of it! The property manager is amazing and makes sure the property is upkept and always finding ways to get the people who live here involved in activities as a community. Just as any property has issues with so many variations of individuals living here, the management team has dedicated itself to make sure the gates work to keep us safe and trash is always free of debris. “Went to tour an apartment at Bellingham and I have to say first and foremost thank you to Cheryl for being such a great tour guide and funny as well. What an immaculate apartment complex, very clean, quiet, tucked away on a busy road on Roswell Rd. The furnished apartments are gorgeous with new appliances. Unfortunately apartments go pretty fast here so the place I was looking at was no longer available. If you have an opportunity to move here, don’t miss it!”

“I love everything about this area. Really nice and quiet. The employee were very accommodating and nice with me. And love how much light there is at night. I absolutely adore my apartment everything was great except not having any hot water from any of my sinks or bathtub when I moved in. Put in a request and maintenance fixed it so quick.My only issue is that I requested for them to not enter without me being there. They fixed the issue while I was out for work and I had no idea till I received a message that my hot water was fixed. I just wished I was called be first before entering.But otherwise great service and love the community”
“I currently live here and just recently transferred to a larger unit. The complex itself is wonderful, love it and have no complaints. However the transfer process with Mr. Grayson Burke was terrible and so stressful. Communication on his part was non existent the further we got into the transfer process. I had to follow up with him on my transfer versus it being the other way around for an entire month. Barely any answered emails, no returned phone calls for an entire month. Each time I heard back from him (which wasn’t often compared to the amount of times I had to call and email) it was as if I was bothering him when I was simply just attempting to get a much needed update on the current status of my transfer. We even ended up moving past my previous move out date because he didn’t let me know (until I walked in the leasing office) that the unit I was trying to transfer to wasn’t available yet and needed to wait a week after my previous lease was up to move into the new unit. I love that everyone else that left reviews on him had an amazing experience and I just wish that mine would’ve been the same considering I’ve lived in this community since August of 2023.”

“They have done minor changes that have made a big difference … the decorations in the office … the community gatherings bringing people together and giving a sense of family . I like how helpful the manager Kaya is and she is fair. Keep the community close and it will grow . I like the changes I see and I like the staff we have here . This neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and any mess or riff raff the management team is on it !”

“The Tower at Dorsey Manor is an immaculate property. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Should the need arise, I would definitely want to call this place home. William and Rodrick are phenomenal when it comes to client/customer service & problem resolution. They are both honest, knowledgeable, diligent and very matter-of-fact about getting things done. They are an excellent leadership team! This is the best looking property I’ve seen in a long time!”

“Current resident, lease expires 02/20245 stars for Karla!!!Karla has been the most helpful, patient, and understanding person for our entire lease term. We wish we could stay even longer, but our family is in need of more space. Never had any issues with bugs, stolen packages, or anything of that sort. Overall we have loved living at Pine VIllage North.The community is mostly quiet, there have been a couple of instances where we’ve had to call police because of people screaming and almost knocking down doors during the early early mornings.Only thing you should note is the persistent smell of weed. this is not management’s fault, it’s more disrespectful residents.The maintenance is a little more iffy, i’d give them about 3 stars and i’m being kind. The only time we EVER had a maintenance issue was our kitchen flooding during the rain. They were very rude and said there was nothing they could or would do. While I understand that during storms and heavy rain it is dangerous to come out, the rudeness and disrespect was unnecessary, especially since it was not our fault… maintenance later told us that they drain for rain runs under ground and straight to our kitchen. They only fixed it AFTER that and because we complained. His attitude changed when he came to the apartment because he realized he knows me and we know and have a good relationship with Karla, the property manager.”

“Believe me when I say I Love Peach Stone. It's like my hometown except everyone has aged a bit since we were kids. Some have aged poorly and endlessly remind me of their struggles to which I nood and smile and do my best empathetic. If I think a neighborhood nutjob is the biggest fool in the world I just bat my eyes a few times and a bigger more robust fool appears.”
“Delighted with this place ? the Apartments are very nice and remodeled, the receptionist Deysi Molina is good, kind and understanding, she always tries to help you and is on the sidelines of any problem that may arise. Without a doubt I am very grateful to her.”
“Nicole and Katrina are wonderful at the leasing office. They are nice and helped me into my place. They gave me the inspection tour before moving in and have been in communication ever since. The neighbor is quiet. They are very helpful. Even the maintenance moves effortlessly to get things fixed.”

“I stopped in this apartment complex a few days ago and they were busy as could be. Phones ringing, people coming in and so on. I have to say, I am not sure how these people in the leasing offices deal with the people they deal with. People are rude! Demanding, argumentative. Just down right nasty! Now, the manager and assistant turn to me. I'm thinking great.... they both just got put thru the wringer. Instead, I got the friendliest smile, the answers to every question I had, and never once did I feel like I was a bother to either of them. I had the best experience I've had in a very long time in this office. Thank you and kudos to the office team at Wood Pointe! You ladies are amazing!”
