Not sure about some of bad reviews for this store. My daughter and I went here to get our mobile phones switching from Verizon to Xfinity mobile. We received very professional and awesome service.

My husband and I went to return a couple boxes and the rep in the front returned a box on our account instead of the one we physically returned to her. We got home and that serial number (box) we have at home obviously is de-activated due to her negligence. My husband went back to get the issue fixed. The same rep had the audacity to argue and tell him she didn’t return the wrong box even with a picture of the serial number of the box still in our house. Another rep came gave us another one and said to return the one she returned that was still in our house back to the store. This is horrible customer service if that’s what you want to call it. They have no consideration of people’s time and clearly her ego was too big to say she was wrong. And to argue with a customer and not even apologize is beyond me.Retrain this rep and tell her it’s ok to be wrong and apologize to the CUSTOMER.

Run. Wish I could give a 0. Worst provider in the country. At least they are consistent at being the worst. Email down. They want you to find a solution with their bots. Not possible. Been on hold for a human for 1 hour and 56 minutes and counting. Moving in 6 months, counting the days to when I will never have to say their name except to warn others.

This place is like stepping into a scene of Planet of the Apes translated in Jive. Totally incompetent staff all more concerned about talking amongst each other and changing the television channels on the displays than actually helping customers. I think this is where the SpEd graduates of the Richmond County Schools conglomerate for postgraduate employment. Management is no better. Customer service is based in India and totally unhelpful. This place should be shut down.

Terrible concept! There should be a separate drop off for return equipment. But NO you have to get in line with people signing up, changing and going thru the lengthy process of such. My wait last time was 2ish hours. I have just canceled my internet and have to return one piece and I absolutely dread going and wasting hours of my life. Oh well, that will be the last time to deal with it. Caution to those about to sign up

The store was clean and organized. The man who waited on me was so efficient, working with a sense of urgency. I wish I had his name so I could tell his company. He served a few people at a time, first letting me know I was next on his list. While he waited on me, he told the next person waiting they were next and he would be right with them. He did such a great job!

Quay Tate was THE NICEST most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, wonderful person EVER today. I went into the store thinking, "This is going to be a nightmare!" (The wait was 40+ minutes and the place was packed, plus the AC was out and fans were everywhere.) He called me up to his desk and handled everything efficiently, professionally and with kindness. I most highly recommend Quay Tate! He is the only reason I still have 5 Comcast accounts. Give this man a raise! A++

I turned my modem in because I had ordered a new gateway.Mr Julian Payne was the agent who helped me with the return. He was very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. He also made some suggestions about changing my phone. I will explore my options and go from there.

The wait time when you come in the store is too long. Some people are not very friendly. I asked to have a copy of the channels that are included in my package. She could not produce one. There was one channel in my package that I watch all the time "INSP" that was removed from my package and moved to another. She said I would have to pay $10 more to get it back. It is ridiculous. Comcast goes up on your statement and then starts taking channels away from you. The employees don't seem to care about it. I don't get it. Seems like they don't want your business.

Literally everyone who has helped me at this store is wonderfully knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. I've needed assistance quite a few times since starting my service, and while Xfinity phone and chat help is also pretty stellar, in this store is where all my problems were resolved! They went above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best bundle deal when I started service, and have since quickly resolved a couple of service issues - if I could give them 10 stars, I would! THANK YOU XFINITY AUGUSTA TEAM!!! I appreciate each one of you!

Visited this store multiple times over the past month. Will start this review by stating I used to be a Comcast Technician, so I know how this equipment works and what should be done to fix most issues. Swung by to pick up a modem since I no longer wanted to use my own. Got home, opened the box, and was given a modem that smelled like cigarette smoke and looked as if it was stored outside. It was disgusting. Luckily, it worked, so I cleaned it myself and kept it. I also installed it myself, yet was charged $100 for an install. (Went back to the store today and was told they couldn't fix the charge so now I have to figure that one out). This store is pointless when it comes to billing or anything account related. Not even sure why they offer those services there. It's always so packed there's no where to stand, wait times are very long, and yes, I had an appointment.

I normally TRY my best NOT to go BUT the lady that helped us… was AMAZING!! She was the MOST helpful and knowledgeable my family has dealt with. Sade is her name, I HIGHLY recommend her!!
