DO NOT USE WOW! Canceled my service early last year and kept waiting on them to send a box to return the equipment as they said they would do. Never received the box, but received a letter from a collection agency for the unreturned equipment and for 2 extra months charges that was THEIR ERROR. Talked to someone who “cleared the charges from my account,” but just received another letter stating I owe them still. I’m still dealing with this almost a year later. Customer service is terrible. I’ve been transferred to 5+ people who somehow have no notes on the issue and are unable to fix the problem. Several other reviews also say they were sent to collection agencies for similar issues. Avoid using them!

They won’t STOP sending solicitors to our home! If we were interest in this service we would have responded to one of the 30 pieces of junk mail the company has sent. People do not want to be bothered while in their homes

Had your service in the past. I now live in an area where WOW is not available and what I have is like being married to a narcissist. Please expand to Hephzibah.

The worst company ever ! They said I had a zero balance when closing my account and later sent a balance to collections … called several times following … waited several hrs for a supervisor to help… on the third attempt the “supervisor” was rude and kept repeating that she’s sorry … avoid WOW!

this is the worst cable internet service I ever had in my entire life!!!!!!!!!! I need to speak with someone in USA about my billing. I think we should start a Class Action for this company. I work from home and I lose service and then my money. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this company. WOW is trying to charge us for "missing equipment" after we canceled service. We have the FedEx receipt from when we returned their modem in their box, yet they claim their "warehouse" cannot find it. They won't let me talk to anyone in their warehouse. Furthermore, these are at most $50 modems yet they want us to pay over $200. This is as shady a business practice as it gets.

They don't deserve a one star rating. This companies' equipment is flawed. They knew and still charged customers for faulty equipment. Now they are stopping their streaming services and recalling all the equipment. They tried to please me by telling me I would have a 7 day window to try YouTube Tv and after that period of time I could make the decision to stop services. I agreed. They cut off my cable immediately. Stay away from this company, seek alternatives.

I would not recommend this cable company to anyone. They have the worse service ever , that I had to ever deal with . Their service is never really working it's always down but yet I pay my bill on time just to barely get to use or enjoy it. If I could give them a zero I would because it's that bad. I really hate that Fort Eisenhower is even doing service with these people.

worst internet in the area. they lose your equipment at the drop off box then send you to collections without warning. No investigation, record, documation or never a supervisor present to handle the situation. Loyal customer and then they screw me over. never ever again

DL,DR: Reliable internet and good prices.Their internet service is way better than comcast (the only other wired/cable option we have since I would never pick satellite internet because its unreliable; so I'm stuck with these two options).I've had Comcast internet before (at multiple apartment and home's I've lived in) and their services went out about every month and slowed down sometimes, and this happened in every singled placed I've lived in so it's not just me and I was paying about $70 for their "Fast Service". I've had WOW internet for about 5 years now (at our last apartment and in our current home) and internet service only goes out about once a year at most.I did the DIY route to save on the $100 technician installation cost and it was really easy to set up, and you can use your own modem to save money. And the one time I had to deal with them they were really nice and helpful. They are not perfect, but for a cable/internet provider they are way ahead with their customer service, pricing, and reliability.I'm writing this review because last week I was digging to plant a tree and accidentally cut my internet/cable line (because WOW did not mark it) and the person on the phone was nice and technician that came to replace the line was super helpful and told me that I could get the equipment protection insurance (which is $5) for this month so I didn't have to pay $70 for a line I cut.

Wow has got to be one of the worst providers in the game. Not only do they change customers information, like log in credential, charge hidden fees on items for repairs that are the company's fault. They will charge you for the smallest things. The customer service reps don't ever know anything but they do know how to take your money and threaten to remove your services, customer retention is a concept that eludes this band of fools. If Internet/WiFi is necessary for work, I caution you in the most severe way to leave this company alone, your business will fail trusting this company to provide your services. Oh and that 1 star only exists because there is no option for a zero. Use this company at your own risk. You've been warned.
