I had been putting off taking my watch in to be repaired because experience has taught me that things like this are a hassle. Not only was it not a hassle, Windsor made it a wonderful experience. I fully expected to have to leave the watch, but the band was repaired and the battery was replaced while I waited. They even cleaned it without me asking and at no charge. Did I mention this took place just before closing time? I have heard great things about Windsor over the years, but the friendliness, professionalism and service of everyone in the store far exceeded anything, I could have possibly imagined. Windsor is simply the best!

To celebrate Valentine’s Day and 15 years of marriage, we visited Windsor Jewelers on 2/17/24 to shop for a new/updated engagement ring for my wife. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Holly. She welcomed us, offered us drink options, and chatted with us about why were visiting. Once we described what we were looking for, she took us to the room with engagement rings and proceeded to let my wife try on anything she had interest in. Holly was so nice to work with, and her customer service skills played a significant role in our final purchase. My wife is ecstatic about her new ring, and she simply can’t wait to pick it up (once it’s finished being sized). We highly recommend Windsor Fine Jewelers…especially if you can get Holly as your representative.

Very nice upscale jeweler. Huge selection of fine jewelry and the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. I dealt with Mr Tim and he was fantastic helping me put together a ring and choosing a diamond for a replacement ring for my wife. Absolutely will deal with them again in the future.

I have never bought anything "major" at Windsor. A simple platinum band for the wife and had a ring made a long time ago. Recently I've mostly gone for small watch repair issues. The staff has always been super helpful and kind. No sense that because I wasn't buying a major item that they simply couldn't be bothered with me. Lucky to have this resource in town.

the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted by Hollie H who was warm and welcoming. she made the entire experience nothing short of amazing, made sure i knew all the options and got to see everything that drew in my attention. was able to find the perfect gift for my girlfriend and Hollie helped with the entire process to ensure i was able to get everything i needed and wanted within my limits. went back to pick it up and found Hollie who was once again the perfect person to work with and made sure the item was correct and that i had everything, so thank you Hollie for making that trip everything that it was!the collection of jewelry was overwhelming but fun to look at. definitely recommend windsor’s!
