Every time i come to this location its always at least a 30 to 45 min wait only two tellers at desk .This is unacceptable. No other wells fargo takes this long. Only reason i came to this location again is because i live close by. I will not be coming back ever again.

Actually, this was my 3rd visit, and I must admit that every visit has been exceptional. The friendly atmosphere begins at the front door, greetings from all directions. My first visit was with Angela, who displayed the warmest of salutations. Angela remained professional and helpful throughout my appointment.Today, I had the opportunity to witness the same warmth, professional, and pleasant experience with Kimberli. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that to be part of this team, you must have those optimal qualities of making customers feel comfortable and at ease!Thanks AgainDebra Cooper

I had a appointment at 1:30 I got there at 1:20 waiting for 20 min for customer service no ask me if they can help me after 20min I ask for help lady said I don't have a appointment but I did so I sak if they can help me get something notarized after 40 min I no one help was so mad I just walked out lady just look at me and ain't said nothing.

I went to the bank today at 1:30 waited for 40 minutes did not got helpedI needed to pay the notarized it was time sensitive because of the bank my paperwork is now very messed up it was a legal documentation that I needed notarized and they did not help me after 40 minutes I left the French. Very unorganized I am unsatisfied right now and I'm disappointed in this branch and the Wells Fargo customer service never again.And on top of that I experienced racism sky high I am white Caucasian only African people with help not me thank you Wells Fargo for being a racist.

Just go online. Just giving you a short cut before you waste your time going to this location. Everything you say they will say you can do it online, absolutely zero help. Worst banking experience I have ever had. Went the first time thought it was a Saturday issue, so I took time off of work tried and returned Monday again would not hear me out just told me go online.

Very unprofessional I had 4 accounts 1of my accounts pulls money from another 1 of my accounts and it cost around 35 dollars each time I used it then offered me half of it back to stay with them stunning I know, I left went to a way better bank right next door on tabbaco rd, it's like night and day leave soon as you can or learn the hard way everyone has a bad store about Wells Fargo ask around

I had someone to go and deposit money in my account and the Asian/Oriental lady at the window was rude and unprofessional and I will NEVER use their drive thru again?! EVERYBODY DESERVES RESPECT!

They have five bankers sitting in offices not assisting anyone one person opening the door for people and 1 person working as a teller with a line out the door and into the parking lot waiting for the one teller

Terrible slow service. Unorganized. They asked me to drive off after giving them my card, license, and cash deposit to get my card returned through another line. So after already waiting a while, I had to turn back and. Get back in line just to have my card and ID returned, which I shouldn’t even drive without.

This branch and the staff there are amazing! These people take such good care of their elderly customers and go above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of and seen after. Senitres and her bankers are so good to my elderly mother and they treat her like family! I have never encountered such warmth and kindness at any business such as this bank!
