Very very very short staff Long wait at counter No tellers for inside. Help...workers super slow Working without intent Smiling outside Inside ??? Been with this bank a long Time. Always loved them. Customer Service has changed . Lot of waiting. Lots of do it your self.

On Friday July 14th the Wells Fargo ATM at Doctor's Hospital lobby kept my debit card due to malfunction issues with the ATM. I went to the branch at Wheeler Rd. and Pamela Fraizer, banker, assisted me with getting another debit card, as the bank no longer issues temporary cards. Pamela assured me that my new card should arrive by Monday 17th by Fed Ex. I have received my new card by 10:15 a.m. and want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service received by Pamela.

The wait in the drive thru is always more than 30 minutes, even if there aren't many cars. Yesterday I was waiting more than 40 minutes and there were 8 cars in the drive thru. I had to leave and come back today amd theres only 1 car in the drive thru and ive been waiting for more than 10 minutes. It's unfortunate when you've got to get back to your office and you're stuck in line.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru. There was only one vehicle in front of me. They must have been signing a home loan, because the bank capsule was going back and forth for over 30 minutes. Meanwhile, 15 customers who showed up after me were waited on and left before I moved one inch.When I get to the drive up, I wait another 15 minutes to be greeted by the teller if you can call it a greeting. The teller did not acknowledge my wait or offer an apology. There was ZERO empathy. I gave the teller my instructions. I advised the teller that I was very disappointed in the wait time. The teller advised me that is was not her fault since she just got back from lunch. I advised her to send back my stuff, and I would go somewhere else.

To day is my worst day ever at this location, of an employee teller name Letty she had talked about my personal business in front of other customers, I don't want no one to know my personal business, that's just being unprofessional to other people what a shame, with other locations they don't talk to me in that manner, just respect both mine, and over people privacy, for now on I'm going to other locations other than this location, and I'm for now on going to other locations other than this location, especially where I'm a long time custom at both the Evans, and Martinez Locations!

There are two women there at the front desk that are super rude! I hate going there and hate that they closed the other wheeler road location! I wont be going to that location from now on and I am considering changing banks because of them!

I would not do business at this bank !!!!! When a customer service representative (Jessica) Speaks out in the lobby this is above my pay grade tells another associate to take the phone call she was very rude to my friend which is 90 years old. Please think twice about using this bankWells Fargo used to be all about customer service. Jessica needs to have a course in customer service
