I called the Walton way branch location and explained my matter very clearly. I was told to come into the bank to fix my situation. After I waited 30 minutes in line with a teller he told me I would have to wait to see a banker and they would be able to help me. I waited a few to talk to a banker “Ashley” I believe was her name. I explained to her what my situation was and she literally looked at me and said oh just call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and they will help you and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional, even the manager.

Is the worst consumer service I've ever seen at a bank trying to open a business account and already a customer 10 min late how long does it take really? I would absolutely NOT be doing business with this branch

They are the absolute worst! I have gone in 3 times over the last year to get gold coins so I can be the tooth fairy. If they don’t have them in their drawer they REFUSE to check the vault. The first time I went I had to BEG before they would look and when they did they had hundreds of dollars worth. They just want to sit and be lazy. They don’t stand to help and they act like it’s a huge inconvenience to help. I am trying to create magic and they make it so difficult because they don’t care enough to try to help. I have never been in another bank or branch where they are so dull and care so little about their jobs. TRASH. The only good person in that whole Place is the sweet lady in the drive thru!

Went there to cash a check and 0ne person was before me they took that person skipped me and got the person that was behind them and let me sit think they were family only in Augusta ga.

I came into this Wells Fargo location looking for assistance in depositing savings bonds. Unfortunately they require quite a bit of paperwork, as well as a medallion stamp. I am not a Wells Fargo customer, but Stephanie one of the bankers, and the branch manager went above and beyond in assisting me. They knew I was a Chase customer, so they contacted the nearest Chase bank to see if they would be able to help, rather than making me do more "work" in this process. If I were going to be living in Augusta permanently I would choose Wells Fargo. Thanks again! Really appreciate your kindness and willingness to assist!

Wells Fargo want even loan you your own money ! ! Nothing like doing business The way they did in the older days of the bank . Too much red tape when time really does matter . Their day's with me doing business is limited !!

This is the most congested BANK I've ever been in ,also the outside ATMS are lines waiting. ...They are super slow and seem they the Tellers are just lagging along on purpose making everyone uncomfortable. ....Never go here around the first week of the month....Sheer Madness....it's Ridiculous, they need a larger branch or better system of operation.
