If I could give zero stars I would. What kind of establishment doesn’t notify you when your medication is ready — instead cancels it after you’ve been waiting over two months to get it filled because it’s on “back order”. I called today because a friend of mine, who is on the same medication, said his was filled. The pharmacist told me it is in stock but they’ve decided not to fill mine because my prescribing doctor is in Atlanta. WHY COULDN'T YOU HAVE TOLD ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Especially when I’ve been periodically checking in only to be lied to that my medication is out of stock.

What a treasure Eula is at this location! She lights up the store with her smile and keeps her customers happy. Hopefully Walgreens realizes how extraordinary a person and employee she is. Personable and professional. The total package!

I love this Walgreens. Get several medications there. They are on it with refills and text's to let you know they are ready. Oftentimes the pharmacy is understaffed. They are very busy. My doc misspelled a medication and she called me quite concerned about me and the reaction might have to the med.

By far the worst experience I've ever encountered from a pharmacy. Customer service, attention to detail and professionalism is out the window. I wouldn't recommend this particular pharmacy. I tried to report to a supervisor and that was no help. They will pick the phone up and place you back on hold continuously until you get tired and hang up.

From the games they play with the telephone to keep customers on hold to their slow-moving indifference at the counter, this is a lousy pharmacy to go to.

I had a prescription sent to Walgreens on whisky rd Aiken SC ALEX GROVER the manager was rude and laughed when I called after waiting on phone for 30 minutes for them to pick up and asked if my prescription was ready and how much was it he laughed at me and said it’s 998 I said what he said 1000 just round it up no empathy what so ever he thought it was funny that I had to pay 1000 for a prescription ALEX GROVER he said no insurance covers it and no coupons cover it just laughed like it’s funny they I have to pay 1000 on a prescription this is sad and shameful ALEX GROVER who represents Walgreens if Walgreens Allows some one like this to represent their company no one should continue to but it get prescriptions from this company SAD and SHAMEFUL that Alex GROVER is allowed to laugh and not care about how much someone has to pay for a prescription I feel bad for parents that can not pay for a prescription for their child so Walgreens allows ALEX GROVER to represent them SAD very SHAMEFUL

There was an insurance issue with my prescription. Luana went over and beyond to resolve the issue. Spending a lot of time on the phone dealing with the insurance company. The issue was resolved and extremely impressed me of her perseverance. I normally do not write reviews, however Luana has always been extremely helpful and considerate. She has a positive attitude and works hard. In the US today there seems to be a growing trend of ‘I don’t care’, but Luana needs to be recognized for her work ethic and compassion . I sincerely appreciate her hard work. Walgreens do what you need to do to keep Luana. She’s the foundation of the pharmacy! ?

I had to get my rapid Covid test at Walgreens and Megan Gordon in the pharmacy saved my life. My results were not emailed to me for whatever reason and by the time I got off work, Walgreens pharmacy ( store number 11827) was about to close. Megan not only picked up the phone at 1858 but went above and beyond by printing my results for me and waited until I got there even though it was after hours for her. I am forever grateful for her and am happy she helped me out. Thank you Megan!!
