“First time visiting the free standing store. The young lady was very welcoming and I witnessed her calling some customers even by name. That's rare now a days in retail. She was able to give personal recommendations based off what I was looking for and asked what goals I had. Super supportive and welcomed me to come back and keep her updated. Knowledgeable about the products they carried, and exactly where they were. She was one of those, don't judge a book by its cover individuals.
The ads I will say are very misleading and she agreed but was able to make that right by suggested other products that would qualify for the sale, and do the same as the previous product I was looking at.
