Tina and Dana were awesome. They were very responsive and informative. They provided me with step by step instructions as well as what was to come. I also thought that it was very nice that a care package was sent to my puppy with pretty awesome treats and toys. I hope to never have the need to purchase another house but if I do, I hope they are still a part of the team!

The home buying process is pretty stressful! So to have a team that is in constant communication ensuring all your questions are answered or if you need anything in general is simply amazing! They took care of me from start to finish!

As a first time home buyer, the whole loan process seemed daunting at first but working with Veterans United eased all that fear! It was easy to see exactly what paperwork we had to submit or sign through their online portal, so I never felt panicked that we were missing anything. Would highly recommend to other first time home buyers as their entire team was patient and worked with us during the whole process.

Jennifer and her team where amazing. They all made sure we had all the information. We needed to get exactly what we were looking for. As we are first time home buyers we where nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But they where there every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. as our daughter used them as well.

Jennifer was 'present' from the very beginning of our journey. We began our contact while still in Florida and her availability was just as though we were 'in town' and dropping by the office. Never was there a question left unanswered, detail left unclarified or patience left unextended. We were never left to feel that any of our questions/concerns were too insignificant or challenging.Dana was equally tremendous. From the late night clarifications to the expedient responses in the height of a busy day. Quite honestly, we wondered if she had any other clients with whom she was working. :-) Of special note is the way Dana would spend time with my wife explaining points that seemed a bit 'muddy' at first - - providing the crystal clarity we both needed to feel comfortable about our journey.Both Jennifer and Dana performed as though they were our Personal and Private Lender Team!!Thank you Ladies!

Working with veterans united was simply the best mortgage experience Ive ever had. The communications were timely, professional, and always pleasant. There were no surprises and the whole process was smooth and fast. It was always clear where I was in the process and if something were needed it was communicated clearly and immediately. This team helped make a dream come true and it felt like I was working with close friends throughout.

Mrs. Moss is absolute trash. She went on vacation during my proceedings (or somewhere else in which she said 'getting in a plane')and didn't bother to tell me, just ignore my messages, only responded to me in a group chat, (I'm guessing because everyone else could see it). I'm asking questions and trying to figure everything out ALL on my own. Absolutely pathetic.

Jennifer Stewart and her entire staff were extremely courteous and professional throughout my loan process. Anytime I reached out to ask a question, Ms. Stewart or a staff member would respond right away with a detail explanation. Dana Derrick made my experience flawless; she always welcomed my calls (me) with a smile on her face or in her voice. Jennifer is a godsend!!!! From day 1 she made me feel welcomed and that I was her top priority. She contacted me everyday keeping me updated on everything that was taking place.
