There’s one really nice lady at this post office! She is lovely! The rest of the tellers aren’t that kind or helpful/are quick to try to make you feel stupid (Jeff & a younger lady).I forgot a pen once - and the young lady had no pens to let me borrow so I had to go home and mail my item (I had to fill out a custom form) another day! I’ve never been to a post office that didn’t have an extra pen for a customer to borrow.I have started going to another post office since this post office started giving me anxiety/made me feel upset/ruffled after leaving from the “customer service”.Another thing that is blowing my mind is the amount of packages we get delivered to our place that aren’t even ours. (We live in an apartment and have gotten multiple packages from apartment numbers in the same complex that are clearly not ours). They’ve put the other people’s mail/keys to unlock a locker for a package in our mailbox and another time (mind you it says the apartment number on our door) in one day - we had two other apartment number’s packages delivered at our door. Each time we have had to deliver the package FOR the USPS person because they can’t read apartment numbers even though it clearly says on our mailboxes, the door and the box!3/13 Update: I had a package say delivered to a parcel locker today. I go to check my mail and there’s no package or key to unlock a locker. I’m hoping whoever’s mailbox they put the key to my package to give me my package like I did for the packages/key they delivered wrong to my door/mailbox above. I left a sticky note on my mailbox for the post person to fix this issue.It’s so disheartening cause they literally have one job - deliver packages correctly - and they seem to make so MANY errors. If I worked as a mail carrier I would feel SO bad if I messed up even one and would triple check - and it seems like whoever delivers just doesn’t care. (Based on mixing up everyone’s packages or even delivering to the wrong number door!)3/15 update: They put the missing package in my mailbox so I’m so happy that got solved! When I went to check the mail - I did notice that two of my other neighbors also had a sticky note with the same situation I had (package delivered to parcel locker but no key in their mailbox to unlock one) so in that one day - at one complex - they messed up on 3 people’s mail!

Where do I began my package said it was delivered I went to the mailbox there was no package.. the mail lady put my package in another person mailbox.. I was really searching for my package I paid good money for my package.. I had to go in person to the post office on wrightsborah road in Augusta to be told the lady put it in someone else box I’m so frustrated I feel there is no one that cares.. I have had my neighbors packages and mail even someone medication that they ordered just unexceptable we should as citizens be able to feel our mail carriers are trained and capable of delivering to the right address please retrain them so they can better do their jobs.

Same issues as everyone else posting recently. Packages say’s delivered and aren’t. Packages MIA need a damn detective smh. I’ve had my mail put into other peoples mailboxes here at my apartment. They are either incompetent, being lazy…or stealing. Just bad all around. Either way if this starts happening get a PO Box. I honestly wouldn’t even trust them to hold your mail at this location.

Where do I begin…This post office is the one who services our area and delivers our mail.We have had issue after issue. We constantly get our neighbors mail. And on several occasions, our mail has been marked delivered according to the tracking, but is nowhere to be found. We have had neighbors bring over packages of ours that wound up in their box. We have filed claims without receiving replies.We had a package marked as delivered in the mailbox and I walked out minutes later to retrieve it. It was not in the mailbox. We waited a few days, trying to give them time in case there was a delay or an error on the mail persons end. When we still did not receive our package, we filed a claim. Days later, I received a call. I was told that if the package/parcel keys did not show up in my box the following day, that I was to call the number back. I’ve called every day for over a week and no one answers. We have filed ANOTHER claim with no reply.It’s extremely frustrating to feel like a situation is out of your hands, like no one cares and like you’re being stolen from. It doesn’t seem like an irrational expectation that we should receive the items we paid for.Whoever is in charge of following up on the claims at this location surely doesn’t seem to care. And the delivery people who put my neighbors mail in my box on a WEEKLY bases and lose my packages don’t seem to care either. I’m about to get a post office box at this point. This is ridiculous.

I will never be coming back to this location. The man working named Jeffrey is very rude. Treated me like I was stupid. I’ve never done this before so I didn’t know which kind of shipping package I was supposed to get. I am a pregnant woman just trying to ship an item, and he completely embarrassed me.

Left a slip for a package that doesn't need signature, also refusing redelivery (x2). I suggest starting an inquiry every time you experience serious problems with this post office, like I have. It takes a long time on the phone but it is worth doing.

Unfortunately mail is delivered in this neighborhood from this branch and if I see that a company is shipping through USPS I avoid ordering anything at all costs. I watched a mail person speed through the neighborhood and went back and forth.. up and down the street.. like she was lost. If your mail or package is lost the delivery person is too!! Yet again there hasn't been anything put in my mailbox for days and it would annoy me if I had to complain again!!

The customer service is fine but this place is the slowest to get things done. Place is outdated, not their fault obviously but it adds to the slowness.

The employee at this post office name Jeff, needs to be fired ASAP. He stood up, put on his jacket, look at me and walked off and never came back. He didn't say a word. If this post office have employees like this. This place needs to be shut down. Worst customer service ever.

A special thanks to "Kevin" for adhering to my request to make sure my package was scanned in the system. You were phenomenal and has great customer service experience.Whereas.... I had an issue during the am hours:I arrived at Post office in line waiting to be assisted at 8:30am, PO didn't officially open until 8:40am. Upon being assisted i was told my lable was too small to be scanned. I couldn't get a receipt either, the package would be scanned around noon. I was in doubt about the package upon checking tracking around 12:45pm. I ended up calling the Forest Hill post office and spoke with "KEVIN" he was very professional and patient as searching for my package and locating it to scan it in the system. And I was advised per him if I don't see it in the system call within 30 minutes feel free to Call back. The packaged was scanned in at 1:07. Just knowing a person is willing to assist means most! A photo of the person who mislead me the morning of the transaction.

To the old bald headed black dude that works there, you need lessons in customer service. You don’t know how to talk to people nor do you tell the truth. You’re extremely rude! Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to talk to customers or tell the truth. Don’t try to make customers buy unnecessary stuff that they don’t need for a simple return. You don’t deserve a job! Do better next time , if you even can!To the girl that actually helped me thank you!
