We have some of the most efficient friendly and customer service driven staff at our post offices. Kudos to Main Post Office and Martinez Post Office.Our postal service staff drivers are dedicated in getting it right the first time and I truly appreciate all they do to get the mail to us.

Due to low staffing, it can take a bit longer to checkout, but the staff are always super helpful and I have always been happy to go to this location.

I don't quite understand why the mail person would put a small package of medicine in a shared package room and not provide a code to retrieve it. This is life saving medicine that is supposed to go into the mailbox.

In a word, terrible. We regularly go without mail delivery at the house, sometime for days. Another person who lives 1/2 mile from us and has the same address number, but totally different street name, and I have become "friends" exchanging misdelivered mail. Recent Express Mail delivery intended for house with medical records regarding family member cancer treatment that needed to be looked at by doctor were late to be delivered. Marked as delivered but went to wrong address. How would that make you feel? Your family member has an uncertain diagnosis, a doctor needs the records to make a determination of how sick they are or if they are going to live and you, at the direction of the USPS, are going house to house in your neighborhood in the dark asking about a package? Unbelievably incompetent! If you are considering buying a house or setting up a business in this area and mail is something you just figured wouldn't be an issue, look elsewhere. And USPS leadership has proved totally worthless.

A recent Amazon package was delayed a day for delivery (USPS) and Victor the manager took time to call and make sure I received the package.Way to go!!

Black Females Lazy. First Off they already don’t want to do their Job and Forbid my getting in the Door at 12:57. Saying get out we’re closed …. Shouldn’t work for the Public with the Rude Attitude. Please travel to the Next USPS if Possible

The mail carrier assigned to our area doesn't bother to do her job correctly. She does not pick up mail from the drop box for our apartment complex cost me $132. 00. She has several complaints about this and still employed????

I have had nothing but issues with this post office. Between loosing packages, confirming items are delivered when they are not delivered until several days later, potentially stealing my renewal tag (USPS confirmed to the tag office it was delivered to my locked mailbox and I have never received it), to now saying that my package was picked up at the post office and confirmed delivered. I never drove to the post office. I was home the time they said someone picked it up. So now I will have to jump through hoops again to try and figure out where my package is and how to get a refund/replacement for the item.I will say that out of all the people I haven't talked to at the office, only one has been any level of rude and a couple of the drivers have been rude when I have run into them after them finishing their deliveries.I don't know if my issues are just with their employees marking things as delivered to help their metrics or whether they are somewhat inept/incompetent. I would be happy if I never have to deal with them again

I just moved in to new home. the address is already changed with USPS. still they are not delivering any mail or boxes. in the tracking they are showing my house as vacant. what is wrong with you guys. very very disappointing.

absolute rudest staff i have ever experienced. i have seen them be rude to other people on multiple occasions. even when they’re “friendly”, they’re still cold, short, and give a little attitude. i usually just ignore it and take care of my business, but today i literally left on the verge of tears.i didn’t catch her name, but to the lady i spoke to about packing my items, you are so hateful. i was told that i could pay the post office to pack my items for like ten dollars, as i was in a hurry and could not find the tape in the office to pack it myself. i politely asked one of the two at the front if they could pack it (pay the fee) or if i needed to pack them myself. i truly did not expect them to do it, i was just told they could and asked a question. she looked at me so offended like i had actually upset her and proceeded to raise her voice saying “NO, we do NOT do that. you have to do that yourself. you either do it here or or do it at home. you can use our materials or purchase them YOURSELF and pack at home. we will NOT do that.” it wasn’t so much of what she said, as how she said it. she also made these sassy gestures like a teenager. i told her no problem, thank you and left as soon as she stopped talking. i didn’t want to cause a scene, i just wanted to get out of her presence as fast as possible.ultimately, shame on your supervisors for allowing this to happen so often. i literally see your staff scold and talk down to customers all the time. and they’re the same ones, so i know nothing will be done. however, im writing this to warn others. i guess just go in, keep your mouth shut, and let their staff control any conversation. also, make sure you research EVERYTHING there is to know about the post office before going in, because they could not stand to help you do anything politely.

This review is about their delivery service. We have had misdelivered mail more frequently lately. The postal answer is that our delivery person retired and they have not been able to hire for the position. That does not help the customer. We have missed our power bill, our homeowner's dues bill, and some personal mail. We have had three boxes, one small package, and two other bills sent to our address that were not ours. Attempts to get the issues fixed have failed.
