I really wish Drivers would take time to look at the address of the houses before they leave a package. My regular Delivery Driver leave my packages where porch bandits can’t see it. The driver that was on shift yesterday delivered my package to the wrong house, took a picture and marked it as delivered. The 1-800 foreign service agent says the only option for me is to file a claim and it takes up to 8 days to investigate it, then they would reimburse me. I don’t want my money back. I want my order and all I ask is that yesterday’s driver go get my packages and bring them to the house with the same address as the package. My house number is on a pillar in at the front door and over my garage on the side of my house. How hard is it to look at a fricking number ring a door bell if there is no number and confirm that address. The picture below is where my packages are. I want my packages UPS, not your money and then have to place a second order.

Their 1800 customer service number management told me they would hold my package. The package was confirmed by the UPS customer center when I went to pick it up to not have been ordered to be held. So UPS customer service is incompetent, useless, and wasted my time. Their customer service is trash, they took the time to help me with all their effort and then none of what they did ever went into effect. Mind you I called twice to confirm the first guy did his job right because I deal with these jokers regularly and even the second guy told me yes I was okay to pick it up tonight since it will be held. Nope it got past that lemming too. Fed Ex has better customer service. I don’t know by how much, but it’s better. Forget UPS. Now I’m on hold again to confirm it gets held in case the customer care manager doesn’t get the package held tomorrow.

Would love if the fat lazy bums that work around the Augusta Mall actually did their jobs of picking up shipments! 45 packages since last Monday and no matter how I signal to them, tell them or put in a survey through my business do they come to pick up! It's the freaking holiday season and I'm more likely to see them on their phones in their truck then doing work!

I heard 2 staff members in the back on the phone but no one came to the desk. So myself and the guy in front of me stayed 10 minutes but ended up just leaving our pre labeled packages on the desk for shipment.

We needed to get a package to our daughter ASAP and the employee working that day was very helpful to us getting package ready to be sent. She was wonderful.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! I wish we could pick and choose our carriers because if so, I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE UPS TO DELIVER ANY OF MY ITEMS EVER!!!!!

I was supposed to receive a package today and have been home the entire day. I signed up for alerts with my email address and my phone number and was not contacted by the UPS driver nor UPS store when the driver apparently was confused about my address, because I only got notified that the driver took it upon his or herself to change the delivery location and date. I was not called nor texted before they made that decision. I waited ready with my phone and could have answered the necessary call. I was home all day with an ID if they wanted to knock on the door and confirm that I was the receiver. I called and complained before 6pm today, the representative confirmed my address and my phone number and told me the drive would call me within the hour to deliver my package correctly. More time went by, and no call from the driver, so I called to complain again and was told they were still going to call me and try to deliver my package today like they were supposed to. It was after 8pm and I still didn't get a call from the driver so I called to complain a third time amd the representative at the UPS call center said this location at 2921 Mixon Ct was closed and that there was nothing that could be done. The representatives on the phone did their job, but the UPS driver and the UPS location were too lazy to do theirs. This whole situation was easily avoidable and the UPS driver and this UPS location blatantly chose not to do their jobs, so I would urge anyone to avoid ordering packages through UPS, period. There is absolutely no justification for today's behavior and it was very, clearly intentional.

This Is a piss poor company. I have received NO help in retrieving my package. I called the customer service number, went into the customer service center, and still no help. I’m trying to place a hold on my package but on line will not allow me, the lady at the desk doesn't know her job. I hate UPS !!

The 1800 number Customer service manager did his job on the phone but the location definitely failed, the driver marked all packages for future delivery did not leave a note on the door or left the items in the package room he just changed the status on his own to get off work early...i contacted customer 1800 number he managed to get me a saturday delivery mind you i paid extra to have my item in 2 days supposed to come on a friday ..he asked the location for saturday service and they said they would but also failed to complete that task and moved it to monday so not only did the location change my delivery information without permision or a reason...after the location told me they would give me saturday service they messed that up as well i would like to be reimbursed for the extra delivery monwy i paid for because your employee wants to take off early on a friday

I can't get my packages because it is supposedly wrong and they claim that they rode by my address and they lied. I was outside by the mail box and never saw them at all. Now 5 hours later and still waiting on a callback. Where's my packages? I need them now. Still waiting for my essential packages and still no call back and was told I can't go to pick it up until they call me. OMG
