Very pleased with service and prices. He was able to change my oil with skilled precision after I've been told by 2 other mechanics at oil changing places that they couldn't get my oil pan screw out and I would need a whole new oil pan. $500+ ???Up North Auto solved my issue for under $55. He saved my car's life and my wallet at the same time!!! ??????I highly recommend!!!Service: Oil change

So I wish I would of read the other reviews before I trusted him. I paid over 1200 with work with this man. He broke serveral things on my car and didn’t say anything. The first thing he broke I called and told him, he say it wasn’t him and said I could review camera. The secoind this was the alternator bracket and the instead of putting it in correctly he put it in wrong. My car stop running and had to get diagnose on it. It was said the tension was not put in correctly and cause if alternator to be tilted. It cost me extra 350 to get it done the right way. THIS IS A HONEST COMPANY AND I WOULDNT TRUST HIM. That shop is nasty and filthy as well

I took my vehicle in for engine replacement. It took 5 months to get it back and it still wasn't working. I took it to another shop they found numerous problems with the install,bolts missing,exhaust manifold not tighten, a/c not working,motor mount bolt not tighten, the list goes on. I would not recommend this Place to anyone. Not to mention the beer bottle caps in the vehicle. We don't drink so I know they weren't from me. Thanks Jay for costing me another 1k to get it right. But I will have the last laugh. See you in court.

They put in a radiator and water pump. Took the car back because it was running hot. The mechanic said the problem was a head gasket after keeping the car at his shop several days. I picked up the car and took to another mechanic. It was the fan and thermostat. I called Up North back to let them know that they could not have checked the car because it was not a head gasket. Told them I will not bring any more cars to their business.
