Very upset! Bought a jeep patriot in August. Everytime I called up until last week to get the paperwork to have my old plate transferred I'm told its not in yet. Temp tag expired so Tiffany did put a dealer plate on, however that tag expires this coming month and no one will answer the phones no matter who or how many times I try to call. I'm not going to drive something I can't have legally registered!!

This review is in regards to Matt. This man seemed great at first just to get lied too. I bought a 2014 mustang convertible and it was leaking in top. Parts missing that Im still waiting on, promises in texts that my top would be fixed and its not. I had a stroke and just now attempting to drv again. Called Matt due to top still leaking and he gives me the run around. Also I have in text how he asked me to lie to the bank when asked not to tell them there are any issues with the car, guaranteed me all issues would be fixed.. Ms. Tiffany is amazing..She was so sweet.. I doubt if she would put up with him if she knew the things he asks customers to do to save face w/the banks.

Having bad credit, I have been turned down at every dealership… But not this one, they got me into a car (that I absolutely love!!!) sooner than I expected. This was my first time buying a car from United Auto Sales. I had a wonderful experience. Make sure you ask for Gregg he’s the best. Ms. Tiffany was amazing. They help me find the car I wanted and get the extra amenities I needed. They really took care of me! I definitely recommend this place.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from United auto sales. Tiffany and Greg are wonderful people. The customer service is very good. They make sure every car they sell is in good shape from inside out. They detail every vehicle and make sure theres a full tank of gas.
