Jenny was my nail tech. She was very nice and skilled at what she does. Jimmy was my pedicure tech. He was very friendly and respectful. The atmosphere here is great! It was my 1st time, I'll be a regular!! Thank you

Polish change on nails and a 20 min pedicure! $50 that is ridiculous. Pedicure started at 1142am and she was done by 1200pm! Never again will i go back there!

Please do not waste your time or money. This has been the worst experience ever. I am new to the area and looking for a spot to get my mani/ pedi. I had to scrub my own feet and teach the guy how to put on polish. I repeat, STAY AWAY. I don't know why I thought nail techs would do a better job in the south. I'm so missing the DMV area right now.

Clean and comfortable!!!! It's relaxing and follows Co-Co 19 guidelines by providing appointment only services during these times to maintain a healthy space to de-stress. You truly get what you pay for and it's ALL worth it. No salon in the area can compete.

The posted salon closing hours are 7 p.m., Monday-Friday. I arrived Friday at 6 p.m. The store open sign was illuminated. However, when I attempted to open the door it was locked. After peering in and finally knocking a woman opened the door to tell me they were closed. I looked at the store hours, again, that were posted on the outside of the door and called her attention to it. She said they were only taking appointments and were booked. I suggested that she make this clear on the door with signage so as to not inconvenience potential customers. I would have been a new customer but not anymore. I will be sure to tell others. The kicker- she didn't even apologize.

I have gone to Unique since I was 16 and am 36!!! Would never let ANYONE touch my eyebrows or nails but Pauline, she is AMAZING!!!
