Unfortunately have had to do business here twice now…. The 1st time, we were quoted $175.00 for an installation… when it can time to pick up the car, the price DOUBLED to $350. When I questioned the price the man basically felt it OK to yell at me… and obviously I called him the crook that he is. Yesterday we were told to come anytime today for a calibration… when we got there he was yet again very rude saying we were late…. He also forgot to give us crucial information upon installation. There were two of us that picked up the car… BOTH of us knew nothing of this paperwork and of course the man there was rude and tried to blame that on us… These people are definitely not to be trusted. I will drive an hour away next time to make sure I don’t deal with him. I suggest you do too.

I own a moving company in Florida and had a job in Graniteville last min and needed 200 blankets I called 10 stores no one had them or didn’t answer. 20 mins later we get a call back from Sonia and Willie letting us know she has headed to multiple locations to pick up the blankets for us. On top of that our customer couldn’t fit them in their vehicle. So Willie drove them over for us! I deal with tons of truck rental and supply companies and by far they went above and beyond and with out them our job would have been a fail truck arrives at 7am to load! Thanks guys

I wouldn’t recommend this place is you have starter problems. I chose this place because of the reviews. A few weeks ago, thought they fixed my car, and now it has stopped working a few days ago. Now I’m back at square 1, $1000 in repairs, just for my car not to be fixed. New tires though, first day i got my car back, my brakes were squeaking, radio was malfunctioning, and I could’ve sworn I asked for them to check out my car for any other problems, there’s something rattling underneath my car that they claimed to not have heard but as soon as you drive my car, you can hear and feel it clear as day. Alerted them about my car not running Friday, supposedly the shop is open Saturday, didn’t get a call back till Monday, and wants me to pay $90 to tow it BACK to their shop for a problem they didn’t fix, was suppose to call me back about the towing and never did. They seemed like very nice people, but the way the man talked to me on the phone yesterday about the problem, he seemed a little hostile and impatient. Won’t be back there again but they got their money though! I just want my car fixed, wanted to take my son somewhere for his birthday, now I got to pay for my car to be fixed.

I put a pully on a power steering pump and couldn't get it on the rest of the way! So I called and the man said bring it by (the pump did still turn at that time) and they would see what could be done. I was at work so had my wife take it over. Now the pump won't turn and the back plate is busted where they put it in a press! So now the person who broke it wants to blame me. Now the pump is 300.00 it worked before they put it in a press!

Well I went there for a quote but instead ended up getting the work done. The service was quick and everyone was very friendly. It wasn't the first time I have been to them I have rented U-hauls in the past from here so when it came to my car I knew just where I wanted to go. I was pleased with the work I do have more to get done but I'm not going to anyone else. Thank you for your service to my vehicle.
