3334 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta“My mechanic recommended Roadside Rescue to me as I have a low riding car and prefer a flatbed to a tow-behind. George was very responsive, friendly, and was able to fit to my schedule to get my car picked up. Very reasonably priced and overall, a worry free experience. I'll definitely be using them again if ever needed.”
“Just had my Torque Converter replaced by Weeks Transmission Service. They did a great job and it was completed exactly when they said it would be. I highly recommend them for any of your transmission needs. In addition to replacing my TCU they let me know that the AWD fluid needed to be replaced. Thank you!”

2263 Wheeless Rd, Augusta“These guys are amazing!! I forgot to leave a review the first time we used them, but I couldn't let that happen a second time. Back in September, in the evening, my son ran over a huge screw that got stuck in the tire. The stupid security lug nut wouldn't come off, the treads in the key were messed up or something? All I know is neither my husband nor my son could get it off. It was ridiculous. We all needed our cars the next day, had no idea what we were going to do... I got online to see if there were any automotive places still open, or SOMETHING. It was almost 9:00 pm. I saw Bennie's, and that they were open 24 hrs, so I called them up. Jeff was very nice, I explained the situation, and he said he could have someone at our house in about an hour, and quoted me a price to put the spare on or patch/plug the tire, whichever could be done and/or would be best. The tech they sent out tried and tried, but said he didn't have the right tool to force that lug nut off, so he would plug the tire. That's what he did, and it worked perfectly!! It was amazing!! I think it was around $150 to pay by card, and I gladly paid every dime, lol. To be in a situation where you need your car, but it's broken, it's late, etc. is so stressful. Having someone just show up to your house and fix it on the spot for a reasonable price is just AMAZING. Now, fast forward to today, November. Same son noticed the tire was flat while he was at work. He has to leave in the early morning tomorrow to drive to Texas for a wedding this weekend. This is so not good. He was able to purchase another key from Lexus dealership, still couldn't get the lug nut off :-/ We called two auto shops, neither could fit him in today :-/ So I remembered Bennie's and called them up. Jeff answered again, I told him the situation, he asked me to have my son send some pictures and info while he called the manager to ask about the warranty on the plug they did before. He called back and said unfortunately the warranty period was over, but they could come out with the right tool this time and try to get the lug nut off. They were at my son's work within 45 minutes!! They were able to FINALLY get that stupid lug nut off and put the (great condition) spare on. Crisis averted and my son can leave as planned in the morning and make his friends wedding :) Also, it wasn't the first plug that failed, there was another puncture in the tire, so they plugged that too, and put the old tire in the trunk for a spare until my som can replace it. Seriously, these guys are life savers.”

I wasn't able to meet the driver at my house when he was dropping it off, and he called me to verify where exactly I wanted it dropped. Above and beyond service, I would highly recommend!”

4464 Columbia Rd, Augusta“Highly satisfied with the work they did to my truck. The exhaust had a hole and was about to loose the other hanger and have another hole. I made an appointment with them dropped it off and had it back before 4 with a completely different sound. Sounded as it should when the exhaust was first done. They folks were nice no matter who I talked to from the young lady that operates remotely to the guys in the shop. Will bring my truck here for anything need in the future and will be recommending to friends and family. Bonus the classic cars they have ? especially the skylark. Thanks guys for fixing it right the first time”
“I've been going to Dukes for years for the most part never had an issue. Customer service availability of parts and pricing were always exceptional. As a result I was asked if I was interested in removing an engine from one car to another since I own already the same type and is familiar with the work. That being said I'm a master mechanic been turning wrenches over 30 years professionally in military and civilian life. And have done R&R countless times I accepted the job. The job usually cost $2,000 but we agreed on $500 cash and I wanted the transmission out for myself which I been searching for. So began. The donor car we crank and ran to verify its good. And it did run but had a rattle, but they said was ok because haven't run bout a year. It was a wrecked. And the car it going into engine he said they couldn't get it to crank it ran hot and blew up. But after better battery and jump pack it finally turned over but the starter was awful sounding. And he looked surprised it did. This is going to be important . Neverless began the swap. They cut out doner engine In 30 min cut harness broke few sensors, etc.no big deal. I took out mine professionally. 6hrday. Next day donor engine balancers torn up due to belt . Did swap. And various other thing I saw. Asked if was anything else want while engine was out said his parts guy take care of simple stuff just put engine in car. Great! Another 6hrday. 3rd day engine and frame going up into the maxima. Now ready to start..... power to dash, key on no turnover. Nothing. Go looking to give info was told he left to get tooth pulled. Said nothing to me just 30 min prior when I told him I'm about to crank it up. Hmmmmm? but now you gone. Had to wait to get paid next day. But when i said it won't crank cran, he became rude.and out of character whom I've delt with 4years. He said will not pay till it cranks. I went back to check over my work make sure everything was hooked up. Then tried again and it turned over but no start. Bad starter perhaps. Walked in to office to show him even tho he said he heard it. We went out together tried again.... and nothing. At this point I said my job with R&R is done. Wich he announced b4 we started that car usually said nothing. it has an intermediate cranking problem. Told me change the starter, I told him he told me his guys take care of simple stuff. My job was done. I asked to be paid first and was willing to solve new issue. WHich is preexisting and he knew it.his guys are capable of doing the work on the clock but hired me instead. Saying nobody wanted to do it. And I'm the Un knowing sucker. There in business of selling used engines and know very well how R&R swaps work. Engine started and ran in wrecked car had same cranking issues once moved. My job ended once removing and replacing was completed and everyone was happy, done quickly professionally. But don't want to pay. thats bad business. Trying to be slick and get over. I've been more happy solve issues but I didt create that problem. I did alot of work for nothing. I'm I wrong ? UPDATE. After about a week I returned a phone call and discussed the situation that occurred and all is well and Mr. Dukes paid me my monies. He was under the impression that after the car wouldn't start I was just done and was going to walk out. I said no. I just wanted him to understand that the car had another issue. Not rated to me and fixing that issue was not my responsibility. Till after I was paid for initial job. He said tgey fixed it which was a simple fuse. And car runs great. But I need to return and adjust the steering wheel I s off a bit. To I agreed definitely doing . Asap. Im very pleased we as men came to a understanding and remain professional and continue doing business. And avoiding a silly miscommunication. Also I intend on buying that transmission after holidays He offered to me at a great price! Thank you family owned Dukes.”
“Staff was very friendly, didn't try and get money out of me. Didn't try to upsell me anything, they knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me as best as they could.”
“I’ll try to keep this post as short as possible— but I’m compelled to take the time to write about such a great customer service experience. I was recommended this towing service by the car dealership that my car was being dropped off to. I gave this company a call and encountered the kindest, most patient person on the other side of the phone. Not only was this experience extremely pleasant, it was also affordable. The level of care and concern that I received literally warmed my heart. To some, this would be just a “tow truck service” but to me, it was a weight lifted because I knew as a customer I was well cared for. Thank you Richard and crew for your amazing service!! You are very much appreciated.-Candis”

“Very reasonable pricing. Super friendly staff!! When I asked the young lady working the front desk about some specifics with my repair, she took me outside to meet the mechanic that worked on my vehicle (2013 Dodge Caravan). He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped what he was doing to explain in depth what problems he encountered while troubleshooting.I would definitely trust them again with my vehicles, and would recommend them to family & friends!! ?Services: Electrical”
“Honestly this was the best experience I've had at a repair shop. Took my van to them for back bumper repairs - everything was handled efficiently and the level of communication was impressive. I received regular updates, the process was explained to me very clearly and they were respectful and pleasant. Absolutely recommend them for any repairs.”

“The receptionist was very professional and helpful. My car was stolen and later towed to Fulchers because the kid was caught after wrecking my car by running into a brick wall. A young man came out to help me remove my personal items from my car and also removed my license plate. They were a great group of people.”
“If you're looking for a quick, predatory, efficient parking lot monitoring company... This is THE PLACE for you. I'm a semi truck driver and I parked at a shopping center by my house this morning so I could spend a few hours with my family before returning to my 80 hour work week. In the few hours I was at home they managed to come by and snatch my truck up!Five stars because they were able to give me my home back, same day, even though they charged me an extra $50 for the service.Truckers: $900 total!!! Augusta doesn't play around. Watch where you park.”
“My battery died while I was at work. I commute from Columbia, SC. I get off work at 700pm. I called them and in 25 minutes I was on my way home. Very professional and courteous. Thanks again guys!!”
