a little conflicted because the salon is so nice and everyone was so friendly but i do not think the skill is quite there. I walked in and it was a short wait which was very nice, I paid $50 (40 plus a 10 tip) - My gel manicure was a little lumpy, started lifting the same day - a day later it chipped, and the lumps in my nails were so thick that after a piece chipped off I realized there was somehow still wet polish under the top layer that had chipped. Usually I get at least a week before my nails start chipping so this was a little disappointing.

I’m utterly disgusted by the service I received today. I had an appointment for a full set at TL Nails. I scheduled the appointment last Friday, March 29, 2024. I was there with my daughter while she got a mani and pedicure. I spoke directly to Andrew. I showed him the picture of the design and shape of nails I wanted. I asked for a specific style, a specific design, and specific colors. Andrew told me that he can do it. I went today to get my nails done when he started I told him “hey this is not the right color.” He said I got this, it’ll turn out right. He not only looked at the picture from my phone. He took a picture with his phone. Therefore he had a clear view of what I wanted. The more he continued to do my nails, the more it turned out to be a totally different nail design. When he finished the work, I sat there, stunned, shocked, surprised, and utterly disappointed. I said to him “this is nowhere near what I asked for you. You said you could do the work and you didn’t.” He disregarded me as if he did not care. Not only did he charge me $80. I got to the register to pay and the price changed to $85. This was before adding in a tip, which I refused to give at that point. He did not take the time to try to correct my nails or see if someone else can actually do the design. I’m totally disappointed, dissatisfied and upset. My time and patience was wasted. As well as my money. Due to being charged me for something I did NOT ask for. Therefore He did a disservice to a loyal customer. Not only do I patronize the establishment, my daughters, granddaughter and other family members patronize the establishment as well. One of my daughters alone has brought over 100 customers to this one establishment. Going forward I will not patronize this place. If anyone asks me for recommendations for Nail Salons I won’t even say the letter “T” let alone TL Nails! Signed a very dissatisfied no longer loyal customer!

For the first since I've been coming here I am extremely disappointed. I am not satisfied and I told him. For $85 I expect what I requested, I showed a photo and he said he could do it and failed. They look a mess on me.

For the price, they are charging, they use toilet paper as toe separators when polishing your toes. I think this is very tacky and unprofessional.

CUT AND BURNED MY TOE AND STILL CHARGED ME! They do not know basic first aid or cleanliness!!
I asked for a $60 paraffin wax pedicure. About 5 minutes in the technician cut a pretty big gash in my toe. He kept pressing cotton with rubbing alcohol into the cut with a lot of pressure. I kept saying it burned and he just kept going. Eventually he and his coworker were arguing in front of me about what to put on it and that just made me very uneasy. I also had to remind him to resterilize the cuticle cutters because he dropped them on the salon floor then went to use it on my feet after he cut my skin. I finally said stop, I’m done with the service because it hurts and they clearly didn’t know how to do basic first aid for a cut. They kept pushing to continue and I just said please no more. The manager offered to finish and I said no. In front of me he told them “No you are not supposed to put alcohol, you should put antiseptic.” Then turned to me and said “I’m so sorry they shouldn’t have done that”. When I go to leave they still charged me $50…(only $10 discount) but I didn’t get the wax, massage, or polish. I also spent the entire “relaxing” pedicure with a burning toe asking him to stop. I told the manager that I shouldn’t have to pay anything but he still charged me half, $30 which was honestly still unreasonable. They cut open my toe and made it 10x worse flooding it with alcohol. He should have apologized and not charged me anything. I strongly recommend finding a different salon because they don’t know basic first aid, customer service, or cleanliness.

I love this place and I love Ri. He is so sweet, gentle with my sensitive cuticles, and does a beautiful job on my nails. Every client's nails I see look good gorgeous. The rest of the staff seem genuinely friendly as well. Prices are the same as most other mail salons, but this place has a better atmosphere than the other places I've been.

Be careful who you get your brows done by here unless you want thin brows with bald spots… They messed up me AND my friend. Now we gotta pay brow products to fill in and make it grow back.

Environment: Clean and organized.Staff: Pleasant.Nail Process: I had a pedicure. The massage was amazing, but the nail painting was terrible. I had to ask him to repaint 3 times. I complained about the nail polish quality (sticky/ old) when I saw the polish wall. However, the associate told me they had new ones in the back. Couldn’t have been factual based on my experience AND my toe polish started chipping the next day! Very disappointing.Price: $50
