The best rental experience. Michelle was so amazing, kind, helpful, and made the whole process easy breezy. If I could give six stars, I would. Only Thrifty in AGS comes through and delivers. Second rental there and second great experience although this one was even better than the first! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Price was right. I was given an upgrade to an SUV from a mid-size car for the same price. Car was nice and I drove over 1500 miles. The help desk person was wonderful and extremely helpful. Very friendly and upbeat. Great experience.

They lied and stole $60 from our account sayin we did not fill the tank back up but it was on full when we dropped it off we put the gas in before we dropped it off .. I WANT THE MONEY BACK !! They get no stars

Outstanding service. My original rental dealer was literally closed 1 hour early but the Thrifty rep set me up in 10 minutes and stopped me from getting a cab. Thrifty always from now on

Got a rental on Tuesday September 17th
Today is Monday 23rd and they still haven’t put my deposit back on my credit card yet.
I spoke with them last week and they said they had sent it back and to give it a few days.

I sign up for a rental car one day before I arrived to the location. It was a good price for a "managers special". The front desk clerk at the picking up and at the returning were very friendly, clear and kind on the delivery. Turns out the vehicle was excellent, clean, almost brand new and I was able to drive safely and comfortably during my time. I will repeat using this company.
