I sat at the speaker box forever and it wasn’t lit up so I pulled up. I was met with attitude from the employee telling me I needed to stop at the speaker box next time. I explained I had sat there for a good 5 minutes without a greeting and thought it was broken. I had made an order through the mobile app. My order was wrong. I paid for an extra pump of vanilla and I got no flavoring at all in my ice coffee. I really think she did it on purpose because of the speaker box incident. This only the second time I’ve stopped at this Starbucks and the second time my drink has been wrong. This is why I usually go to the Starbucks on Robert Daniel near bath and bodywork’s. They’re always so nice and fast and I’ve never had them get my order wrong. Just drive the extra miles and go to a better Starbucks because the one on wrightsboro is terrible. They need to train their staff better.

Must be the best Starbucks in town, drive through was busy, people in the lobby, and wow, my order was ready so quickly i barely had time to put my cc away lol......and i had 3 drinks and 4 sandwiches......great workers at taht location!!!!! Impressed ( oh and super friendly)

I placed my order In the drive thru and was told to pull forward. As I began to pull forward an SUV jumped in front of me almost hitting me and my son. I blew the horn and I got out to let her know she was wrong and almost hit us. I was immediately attacked by Chris as if I was in the wrong. when I pulled up to the window he immediately started saying oh we are not going to be having this behavior as if was wrong. He stated that the lady was just in line and card would not work so she had to get out of line. If he was a real manager he would have told her to come inside or get to the back of the line. Because no one was behind me. Then he refused to give me. my order!!! I am highly disappointed in the treatment I received at this particular Starbucks. By reading the other comments it seem like the staff here needs to go back to training.

I don’t have a problem with the drinks or food, it’s the rude employees. I always receive great customer service from the Bobby Jones and Target location but never from this one.

This worker was unjustifiably rude when dealing with black customers this morning. Her tone was unfriendly and she was very patronizing. However, she laughed when interacting with her co-workers. So, she's selectively friendly. She was the only one that came across as 'hostile.'I'd hate for anyone to ask her for extra sugar, napkins, etc. without catching some form of her bad attitude. I'd relocate her, immediately. I go to Chick-fil-A and always receive first class customer service and am not used to this, so I spotted it, immediately. One customer asked for an order to be checked and she flicked her hand away in a haughty manner like the customer was wrong, but it was confirmed by another server. What a way to start your day at this location...CUSTOMER BEWARE!
