I just wanted to come on here and thank the entire staff that was working yesterday. It was the hardest day for me and the first time I’ve ever had to put a pet to sleep. Thank you to each and every single one of you who made it slightly easier to say goodbye. You were all very kind and that meant a lot to me and my husband. Thank you?

My regular vet couldn't fit my kitty in short notice and st francis was able to take her on a walk in. She ended up having a UTI, so glad I took her in without waiting. They were so nice and fixed her right up. Thank you guys for helping her and being so kind! ❤️

Had an issue with the scheduling. Be sure to ask that the time slot your getting fits the services your asking for.
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Manager, Mr. James Bird is friendly; helpful and genuinely cares about patients, facilities and the staff.

Thankful to have had a wonderful experience at St Francis Animal Hospital with Dr Kadie Cheeks after a Saturday morning scare with my 16 year-old kitty, Phoenixx. It’s ALWAYS a weekend that something bad happens! I originally was trying to get in touch with Blue Pearl as what I thought was the only after-hours emergency option in this area. They require a phone call prior to arrival and, by the grace of God, they NEVER answered the phone after 5 or 6 attempts. Moving on, I then saw St Francis was open. Nervous and shaky as the phone was ringing, I was immediately relieved when a friendly voice answered and was happy to help. They could see him now! I was able to drop him off fully expecting bad news, and prepared myself for the worst. Dr Cheeks evaluated my old boy and was SO thorough and attentive. She got him (and me!) fixed up and feeling better, gave him fluids and pain meds, ran bloodwork, and set up a game plan to make some life-changes to carry him through hopefully a few more healthy years. We made it home 100% happy and 1000% relieved. From start to finish, great experience! 10/10 recommend!!

It is was quite difficult to find a veterinarian that will treat our Sparky. We have gone to the emergency vet and they have asked us to have our regular vet treat him. You see, Sparky is quite the firecracker, he needs anesthesia for all vet visits. St. Francis has helped us care for our little firecracker and ensured that the visit is as stress free as possible for both our Sparky as well as those who work with him. We adopted a fiesty kitty, we love him so and want the best care for him. He suffers from some health issues and needs extra tender loving care. We love Dr. Wooley!

Everyone I interacted with has been friendly and caring. They comforted me with the death of my cat that suddenly became ill and despite being a walk-in they made me feel as if I had been going there for years. I was so impressed with the treatment I had there that I made appointments for my other cats to establish them as patients at St. Francis. So, yes I will recommend St. Francis Animal Hospital to every pet owner I know in Augusta!
