Employees were rude and inattentive. They were showing eachother pictures on their phones in the middle of "helping" me. They even made me enter my own information on their iPad when it was obvious that they were supposed to do that, not me. They were short with me and I did not feel valued as a customer.

Just left the store and I have to say if I could give 10 stars I would. Jonathan met me at the door and helped me immensely!!!! Went in only to change my plan a little and shared with him the frustration I had with Xfinity being closed as I needed to get WiFi started for my move next week. He took the time and explained how your WiFi worked and made sure he offered me every deal he could. He also helped me with some other issues and explained things to me no one else has!!! He was fantastic!! I will continue to come see him!! Great experience!!!

Couple of weeks ago Jonathan refused to listen to me in regard to the problem my wife’s phone was having and wanted to go with his own solution. Jonathan was not clear in his explanation of whatever promotion was going on then proceeded to get frustrated with me for not understanding. Today it happened again. Caught an attitude when I said I’ve never used an account pin and said, “This doesn’t need to be so difficult.” Really made my blood boil.

My mom and I just switched from Verizon to T-mobile and had many issues with T-mobile workers over the phone. We were in Augusta so we decided to go to the T-mobile store to get it all worked out. A worker named Jonathan had been helping us from 11 am to 5 pm, and was very patient , kind and calm. It was by far one of the best experiences I have had with customer service.

My daughter went to this branch yesterday at 5:46 pm - the girl who “help” her was not attentive to my daughter’s questions but is busy more with her friends/ relatives that surrounds her. My daughter walked out in 3 minutes because of this T-Mobile rep attitude. Management should train their rep how to help customers and not to work to any branch just to be cute and have an attitude. Very disappointing!

I felt that we should have subscribed TM not VZ. TM's service and prices are excellent recently. We need to move to TM, I hope my wife agrees.

Jasmine was absolutely AMAZING!!!She was patient and took time to walk me through the entire process of getting my phone back to normal working order.Jasmine went above and beyond to assist me with getting my phone working properly.The customer service from Jasmine is nothing less than 5 STARS!!!I highly recommend Jasmine to anyone who is looking for top notch service!

Go to another store ? to save time and money through it all....the girl was flirting with my husband not doing her job acting like she has better things to do. She gave me a used phone and damaged tower!!!! The next I asked for someone else to serve us and she was dumbfounded.....this is one of the reasons we have a problem in our community now! Medicore service and but want all of my money. I hope tmobile gets rid of her or give her a secret shopper.

After porting out my phone lines and supposedly canceling my account, and asking for my final bill after port-out, T-Mobile continued to charge for my family plan by keeping active the third "free line" that I never asked for. Conveniently, they refused to email my final bill citing policy, which allowed them to continue charging me without my knowledge, which resulted in my account going to collections.Called so many times over the course of nearly a year to rectify the situation and correct the bill only to get stuck in a loop of outsourced customer service agents with no solution. Long story short, the bill eventually showed on my credit report as a collections account even while I was waiting for T-Mobile to call me back regarding my open ticket to resolve the bill. Had to pay the bill with the collections agency after so much energy wasted.How T-Mobile is still receiving JD Power awards is beyond me. Maybe it's their night staff, but this is not the T-Mobile I remember and use to love. They're now just a huge corporation just like all the other carriers, pocketing profits and fleecing the people. Not a good experience at all.

I came into the store with 2 things on my to do list. The first was to pay my bill and the second one was to check on the deal for the trade in for the iPhone offer. I knew exactly what I was talking about because I went into another store and he kindly explained to me what the deals was. Well at this particular store customer service rep Jasmine W. acted as if she didn’t want to help or even make a sale. I had to leave because her attitude towards a customer was not good customer service. If you all need help go see one of the other ladies. She is not helpful and act as though she doesn’t want to be at work.

Really friendly TMOBILE location! We went to get a free tmobile Tuesday gift, and the staff were super fast and kind. Will definitely go back.
