They don’t have the decency to update their business page to reflect their summer hours. States they close at five but really close at four went at 4:30 on the dot and wasn’t sold a new tire way to make sure revenue is made daily. Most businesses in the same industry close at 5 or 6 smh.

I am very impressed by them! It may have taken a little longer than expected, but with the weather being over 100 degrees I didn’t mind and completely understand. This weather is brutal and these guys are working HARD in this heat!! I don’t see how they do it! By far the best price for safe used tires in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They tried to scam me. I called and asked about a used tire and they told me they had it and it was $55. I hung up and got there in six minutes and they tells me they only have a new one and it's $200 after they clearly had just checked and told me they had the used tire. Saw my money and changed everything and $200 for one tire puhlease. Crooks

Hate giving 1 stsr reviews but it is what it is. While I understand that these dudes probably work hard as hell at their jobs, they seem to pick and choose who they service or even speak to. Upon arrival, I asked 3 dudes sitting on bench if they work there and they were like "nah". Talked with dude at counter, said talk to those guys. My response "the dudes who said they don't work here?" So I spoke briefly with a dude in garage. He was busy so I get why he was short. So, I left.
Anyways, each customer has a different experience. I get it, but min just happened to be bad service wise. Not gonna critique quality of work but only customer service.
Can't slide for Southside tires after being treated like a lik begging at the trap.

I gave them two stars because the owner was very courteous. Some of the staff are very rude and they pick and choose which car to work on instead of the order in which they arrive. I had a tire replaced by them only to get 5 miles up the street and the lights comes on telling me my tire is getting low. I turned around and called. The owner told me that they would get to me as soon as they get a chance. I’m sitting waiting cars are pulling in and out and still no one has came and fix d my issue. I get out in the pouring rain to go tell the owner that I’m still here waiting. He then says to pull in the front and tell another mechanic. After waiting 20 more minutes someone finally comes and replace the tire again. I have been here since 10:20am and I didn’t leave until 12:30 while others only waited 15-20 minutes. I will not be returning ever again or recommending this company to anyone!!

Drove in, went inside. Lady inside told me to ask one of the guys outside to help. So I went up to a guy, said hello, ask for my tire size. He didn’t acknowledge my presence, didn’t even look up, he just kept playing a game on his phone. So I repeated it to him. He got up went to the back, I thought, kool he decided to help me. Wrong! He brought a tire to someone else. So I asked him for my tire size again. With an attitude, he asked where my car was. I showed him. I thought he was coming to my car to look, Wrong again!! He vanished! So I did the same, I got in my car and I vanished too. I still don’t know if they had my tire size. It’s obvious that they didn’t want to help me. Don’t waste your time with these people. Avoid, drive on by. They deserve less than one star. They deserve a negative number. That would be fitting since they have provided a negative experience.
My advice to this business: I you want to last, Do not hire people that have no idea of what customer service is. Ones who obviously have never dealt with the public.

I went to get my tire looked at 03-20-2024 at 4:50pm and 03-21-2024 at 4:15pm. Both times they said they was closing up early cause it was slow. There time of closing says 5:00pm. I specifically went back at 4:15 the next day because of them saying that they were slow. I promise you I will never go back to them because when I went back the second time, it was eight people that pulled up behind me and every last one of those people were upset. I think it’s messed up because people be getting off work around about that time and be trying to take care of things and then also if it states that you close at 5 PM why are you closing up early. I know it’s not my business, but they should at least honor their hours. I asked to speak to the owner, but they said the owner wasn’t there, but somebody had to make a decision of closing up early
