I made an appointment for my car to be detailed on 2/14/2024. Let me just say that I wasn't let down. My automobile had a thorough detailing. The inside roof had oil hand marks that my mechanic put there, but after detailing, it looks like new. Get your car washed right away by going HERE. I took pictures, but the site have no where I can upload.

This detail company is excellent! The level of professionalism is unmatched. I called for a quote and Michael and Tony came out to my job within the hour to look at my car. They pick up and deliver which is very convenient. Not only that, their work is top notch. I was selling a vehicle that was previously owned by a family with small children. It was nasty to say the least. Tony aka Superman cleaned that car so well it looked and smelled new. Every customer that came to see it mentioned how clean it was compared to others they had seen. Reasonable prices, quality work! You won't be disappointed. I had my car waxed and the seats shampooed. This is a used car I just purchased, and the seats are a material (I call it honeycomb) that is not easy to clean. Ground-in dirt on all the seats, plus a few stains. Now, they look like brand new. This could not have been easy, but Tony, aka, Superman, did a great job! They even use my favorite high quality brand of wax. Beware: do not go to the address listed on Google on Belair Frontage Road. Southern Detail is located on Damascus Road. It's very convenient if you work on Fort Gordon and exit through Gate 1. When you call to make you appointment, ask Mike for the correct address. I know I will be a return customer.

Southern Detail is the truth. My car was dirty on the inside. The guy (Superman) that did my car did an awesome job. They did bumper to bumper inside and out. Go check them out!

Michael and Reco are by far the nicest people who are knowledgeable in addition to being meticulous when it comes to car care. Absolutely amazing! The vehicle they detailed for me had not been taken care of since 2013 so it was a mess. I met with the owner Michael to get a quote and he was very professional and worked with me on pricing. The car looks 100% better after the appointment! It took about two hours for three people to work on the vehicle and those three did an outstanding job. I will definitely return to this business in the future!Services: Seat shampooing

The quality of the cleaning was very good, but the business practices were not professional at all. I had an appointment to drop my car off. When I showed up for the appointment, the employees at the shop did not know about any appointment. The employees at the shop are not allowed to use the virtual terminal. So, when I came to pick up my car they wanted me to either leave my credit card number with them or give my credit card number to the owner over the phone. I wasn't comfortable with either one of these, so I had to come back to the shop an hour later to meet the owner (who could use the virtual terminal) and pay. Between the employees at the shop not knowing about my appointment and having to come back to the shop to pay, my experience with this business cost me about 1-2 hours more than it should have. Again, the quality of the cleaning was very good. But, the business practices were such that I won't be using this business for any future detailing.Service: Auto detailing

My car had three years of gunk built up in the seats and everywhere. Even some indelible ink decorations that my grandchildren added to the back of the seats. The team at Southern Detail got every stain our, including the ink! Car looks next to new. I'm very pleased.
