Hello I often look for new banks. I visited this bank today spoke with two individuals and neither were very customer service friendly. I was hoping to find out more about this bank. Based on this visit I don't believe I should waste my time and I would recommend that you do not either.

Financial sales representative Susan Poe helped me open my business account at South State Bank on wheeler Rd. The customer service was excellent. Peach orchard Rd. South State Bank customer service was horrible. Thanks again Susan Poe!!!

Atm stole my debit card and they never answer their phone just goes to a call center who's clueless. Tried to go to another location to get a card and they are claiming system is down. Don't bank with them!!
