After some confusion the branch manager Mrs. Laura was able to meet my needs and even took time out of her day to return my phone call and make sure I was aware of what was going on. I greatly appreciate it and had to change my 1 star review to a 5

Went around noon, just needed to deposit a check and open a joint savings account. Only took about 5-6 minutes.

As a former GBT employee and bank manager it was very sad to see the lack of customer service with a recent online billpay transaction where SSB made an error.After debiting my mortgage 3x in error from my online billpay they charged me to stop payment on one of the payments. Had to get permission to waive the fee so had to pay in advance.Sad day.

This bank is very dark at night at the atm. There should definitely be better lighting. Feels very uncomfortable. ..you can barely see the entrance ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
