I brought my (ahem) Ford after some other local shop failed to assess the issues I was having with my engine. We are new in town so I was hesitant.

Smith's Auto Repair so customer focused! Everyone learns your name and I'm in the shop or on the phone, I'm receiving total focus amd customer care. Great updates as trouble shooting progresses. Options are always clearly explained, and they take time to answer my questions as if I'm their only customer. Great God-centered family abd business team !

In a very difficult situation, outside of their primary work, Smith's did a remarkable job getting us and out 11 teens back on the road in under 2 hours Monday afternoon. Thanks to everyone involved and I highly recommend them to anyone needing care.

I had a family member's vehicle towed there as she lives close to the Richmond county/Burke county line and I've known David Smith many years as well. They did a great job diagnosing and repairing the vehicle. Great customer service, the service writers kept me well informed throughout the diagnosis and repair process. Vehicle runs great now, keep it up Smiths.

I'm always pleased with Smith Auto. I used to hate talking my vehicles to auto stores for maintenance because they always seemed to squeeze every bit of money they could out of me. I started using Smith's Auto because I was told that they have integrity. I thought I would give them a try and I still use them every time for the last 8 years because I found they do have integrity. They tell me what problems they see and give me all the options available to include not doing anything. I trust Smith's Auto to not abuse my ignorance of vehicles.
